Arrived onsite for dishwasher with no power. I found the black on the terminal to have blown due to the wrong wire nuts being used. I replaced wired the black and neutral on the terminal and used the correct wire nut fittings to secure the wires. Unit is now powering on and operating as designed. Customer has a copper waterline and informed him that he may want to swap it for a metal braided line as the copper one can kink and cause a water fill issue. No leaks present. Call complete. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is bouncing around on time. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she had washed and load of shoes and a blanket and had thrown in about three pods to get them clean. She advised that at the end of the cycle, the unit was just running and running and running. She stated that she had to unplug the unit in order to get the machine to stop. She also stated that fabric softener does not dispense fully and her agitator was loose. I did confirm all three complaints and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found an F9 E2 (water ring detected/drain pump issue), F0 E2 (oversuds), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. I did advise the customer that the the issue with her previous load appeared to be that she had used too much soap, which was causing the control not to be able to determine when the unit had completely drained with the excess suds. I also explained to the customer that the time that she is reading on the user interface is an estimated time and can change depending on certain factors (off balance loads, long fill times, etc.). I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed. I tightened the agitator onto the drive shaft and found it seated properly. I also found that the detergent dispenser was clogged with semi dried residue all over. The customer cleaned out the dispenser drawer, and we retested the unit. On arrival verified issue no water was going into product further inspection I found water purifier was not allowing water to get to the icemaker. I reset water purifier then tested icemaker again product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply no parts used. I instructed client to keep an eye on his water purifier.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with no power. Upon further inspection, I found that the control was receiving proper voltage. However, there was no outgoing voltage from the control. I will need to order the control due to an internal failure. I am ordering the control W11683480 and office to schedule return service when the part is available. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is intermittently leaking from the door. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that sometimes this unit does not leak but other times it does. He stated there doesn't seem any rhyme or reason for it because it happens on different load types and cycles. The customer showed me where the unit was leaking in appear to be leaking from the bottom side of the bellow. I checked the bellow itself and found the bellow in good condition without any tears or defect. I checked the door and found a clumped of dog hair stuck to the bottom of the door, causing the a gap in the gasket seal. I removed the hair debris and ran the internet on heavy duty with some towels and a blanket. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. I did advise the customer that he will need to make sure that his gasket and door are free from hair debris in order for the gasket to make a proper seal. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival I verified issue client stated when using oven it will trip breaker. The bake and broil elements have not been received yet I will have to reschedule client for the next available date. Rescheduling client for 4/21/25; schdld next appmnt for 4/21 MON !

KRMF706ESS05 Arrived on site for a refrigerator not freezing. On arrival temperature was In RC 37 and FC 32 . Freezer wasn't cooling at all I checked for any ice buildup in the RC frost pattern was good and then I looked at the FC that's when I noticed a large amount of ice I uploaded photo. I checked the heater and readings were correct I tested evaporator motor in both apartments both ran great. Before I was going to remove ice client stated that the door wasn't closing and it had a large gap I uploaded photo. I removed all the ice on evaporator cover and put all parts for FC door . No more gap door closing as its designed. Client is going unplug product and defrost all ice build up i was unable to remove all ice my steamer isn't working at the moment. No parts used no water leaks visible from main water supply .

WED5800BC0 Arrived on site for a dryer not spinning on arrival verified issue. I took apart dryer and seen broken belt i wasn't sent one but I had in truck stock. I replaced and tested product works as it's designed.

Arrived onsite for unit not turning on upon further inspection checked voltage 248 at plug & unit disassembled unit found dead snake in blower removed dead snake reassembled unit tested cycles unit is working as designed
