Arrived on site for f51 and SD error code, found bearing shaft stuck to basket, clothing became lodged between seal and bearing not allowing for basket to break apart from basket, had to completely pull basket and tub due to not being able to pull basket off of bearing. When old bearing removed some plastic from tub were attached and tub was very thin near bearing housing but replaced Replaced bearing kit, checked for water leaks and found tub is cracked from so much wear from rubbing of clothing. drain hose over two foot down drain standpipe creating SD error, put in standpipe correct. Replaced tub assembly, found new tub is leaking. Will need new tub and authorization for a new tub. Discussed with Erika and Jordan. Water connections are dry. Office will need to reschedule.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fc light not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the fc light switch had ice buildup in it. Also found that the evaporator had a small amount of ice buildup on it. I inspected the fc door and found that at the bottom of the door it was badly miss older causing a gap at the bottom of the door and there was ice buildup on the bottom of the fc door. I used my heat gun to reshape the gasket to hold over until a new door and gasket could be installed. I also found that the drain tube had a gap between it and the bottom of the t was more than a 1/4 inch wide. I used manufacturer approved silicone to seal the gap. I advised the customer to allow the fc door approximately one to two hours to mold into place before opening. I advised the customer that it would be approximately 6-10 weeks before the door arrived. Office to order fc door SS and door gasket-grey amid schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service.

I ohmed the compressor and from left to right it was 11.4 ohms and from left to bottom and right to bottom it was 10.9 ohms. Office to order compressor, dye drier, service port, start device and capacitor and schedule for two (2) hour sealed system. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site and diagnosed cooktop and found every inspected part responsible for any function would need to be replaced to ensure cooktop operates properly. Every electrical and physical connection is failing due to the age of the cooktop. Blower wheel, blower wheel mounting screw, blower wheel mounting collar, All 4 heating elements, Grill pan receptacles, all for infinite switches and accompanying harnesses. A complete and total rebuild would be needed to ensure cooktop is operating properly and this is not cost-effective as well as due to the age of the cooktop likelihood of finding the correct parts is not good.

After getter the ice buildup off, I found that nine screw test holds the arm in place under the ice bin had come loose and was not allowing the arm to turn and move the ice around to dispense. When the dispenser would engage to open, the door latch was sticking and not allowing the tablets to fall out during cycle. Also found that the grate over the drain is broken and needs to be replaced. Both of the racks are rusted badly and will need to be replaced as well and customer will discuss with landlord on ordering new racks, at which time, the customer will contact office to order. I found that the rotor bolt was loose and I tightened it. Also, the unit was badly off balance. I placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the error codes and tested again. Unit operated as designed. The floor was not level and the unit rocked badly. I could not level the unit due to this and advised the customer that they would need to level the floor before the unit could be leveled. I explained how to level the unit once the floor was leveled. I started the oven on bake at 350 degrees standard preheat and began my readings. First reading at 350 degrees was 317. Peak reading was 328. Reading at first drop in temp was 296. Final peak reading was 407. Final drop reading was 341. Average of readings was 343 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and that the unit is good. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect condensation and ice buildup in the fc. Upon further inspection, I found that there was ice buildup on the fc Evap cover, top of the fc, and on the sides as well as, the drawers. I found that there was a gap in the door gasket that was creating the issue. I pulled the fc door and drawers and steamed the ice from the Evap, Evap cover and fc chamber. I used my heat gun to reshape the door gasket and placed a gasket kit on the door gasket to create a better seal. I returned the drawers and door and tested unit and unit fc door has a good deal. I took pictures of new gasket seL. No water leaks observed during service. Job complete.

arrived on site to inspect washer not filling. Upon inspection, the customer advised that very little water was going into the unit unless she puts the unit in bulky/sheets mode. I advised the customer that on that mode or deep water mode, the unit will fill more than if on the other modes. I explained that this unit is designed to use less water as it's an energy efficient unit. I questioned the customer on detergent use and she advised that she uses a full cup. I advised the customer to cut way back on detergent use due to the small amount of water that the unit uses. I showed the customer on the detergent cap where she should be filling it to. I placed the unit in diagnostic mode and tested. The unit operates as designed. Again I reminded the customer on detergent use and advised to use smaller loads. No water leaks observed during service.
