REFRIGERATOR GE GSH25JFTFBB "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water not dispensing and no ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and nothing came out. I checked ohms to the valve since I could not hear the valve come on and found it to be open. I removed and replaced the valve and tested ad still no water. The customer put a new filter in within the last few months. I removed the filter and found evidence of a leak in the filter head. I removed and replaced the filter head and tested again and still no water. I disconnected the water line at the bottom left hinge of the door and found that the supply water line was frozen. I attempted to defrost the line, but due to time, I was unable to do so. I verified the ice maker was working and found frozen water that had splashed from the water tube onto the ice dispenser motor area. I found that the solenoid had gone bad due to this. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX988SIBE01 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not producing ice. I tested temps in the fc section (4 degrees) and rc section (39 degrees). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested mode 56 and there were no ice maker error codes. I tested modes 57, 58, & 59 and all passed. When I tested mode 15-ice level sensors, the unit showed 01-ice bin full or not present when the ic bin was present and empty. I found that the sensor switch for the ice maker had been turned off. I turned them switch on and mode 15 indicated that the ice bin was full when the bin was not in its place. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I ran the auto cycle and found voltage to the pump but it wasn’t running. I replaced the sump and motor and tested the unit in the auto diagnostics cycle. The unit completed the cycle, is heating properly, and working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete."

DRYER WHIRLPOOL MED9600SQ0 "arrived on site to inspect dryer making noise. When I turned the unit on, I heard the typical dryer noises. Customer advised that when clothing is added, it begins to make a loud screeching noise. Upon further inspection, I found that the idler pulley roller was falling off and the unit needed to be cleaned. I removed and replaced the dryer kit..four rollers, pulley roller and belt. Vacuumed the unit out and tested. Unit operated as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

OVEN WHIRLPOOL WFG530S0ES01 Arrived onsite for the range with the oven giving off a gas smell and turning off. I found a baking sheet in the bottom of the OC covering the vents causing the oxygen to get choked out in the burner compartment. I removed the sheet and tested the oven. The unit is working as designed. I advise me to cut holes in the baking sheet where the vents are if she wants to leave it in the bottom of the unit to help keep it clean. Call complete. Removed front panel to gain access to to dispenser and found no signs on of water. Performed diagnostics mode, error code 5-1 door not shut within 4 seconds of pushing start. Monitored for water leaks during test cycle and none were found. Found door rubbing left side of tub when shutting. Adjusted leveling feet to correct. Ran on normal cycle and did found water at top of door. Will need to replace inner door panel, door latch and both upper tracks.
