arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the water tube was dispensing into the ice maker, but the ice maker was not working. I used my jump wire from ports T to H and the ice maker motor did not engage. I jumped ports L to V and the water entered the ice maker. I removed and replaced the ice maker, due to the unit not operating, and tested the ice maker. The unit began to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the dispenser is operating as designed, but when attempting to dispense ice, the unit made a loud grinding noise. I found that the actuating arm on the ice maker was broken and caused the ice maker to continuously operate causing the water to overflow into the ice bin and binding up the ice bin motor. I removed the ice bin and attempted to remove the ice maker and found that it was frozen to the cabinet. There is a block of ice at the water tube keeping water from flowing into the ice maker. I am ordering an ice maker, ice bin, and air baffle and scheduled return service for 07/02/18. No water leaks observed during service.

When he returned and began the remodel on his home, he went to install the unit and found that the left side panel had a large dent in it and a the cooktop was badly damaged on the right side. The customer notified Home Depot and he is keeping the unit and would like to replace the damaged items. I verified ohms at the transformer, the magnetron, capacitor, and diode and there is still no power to this unit. I verified voltage at the fuse board, the main power outlet and the power outlet that I was using while testing. I ohmed the water inlet valve and found that the valve is open. I advised the customer of my findings and quoted the customer $77.03 for the valve and TL270 $179.99 for service fee/Labor for a total of $278.22 including tax. Customer advised that they would pay the service fee of $108.24 today and wait to see what the insurance company wanted to do about servicing the unit. arrived on site to inspect venthood color changed. Upon further inspection, I found that the top of the flu looks as if it got too hot or even caught fire (took pics). I removed the flu and inspected the inside and found it to look brand new; no burn marks. I advised the customer that he would need to contact Whirlpool customer care and see if the flu can be covered and replaced due to the issue being cosmetic and is not covered under warranty at this time. Job completed.

KRFF507ESS01 (French Door Dual Evaporator Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of French door refrigerator not cooling in RC section. Found RC evaporator all frosted up. Removed evaporator cover and used steamer to defrost evaporator. Found RC thermistor wire frayed. Installed new RC harness and reassembled. Found good air flow and frost pattern on evaporator. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

WEG745H0FS0 Arrived to inspect range not turning off. I found the customer was concerned about the unit running after bake operations were cancelled. I tested the unit to 350 within normal bake mode and the chassis cooling fan engaged at 155. I allowed a complete preheat and then cancelled. The fan ran until the compartment cooled. I advised the customer the issue is normal. I corrected a mounting hardware issue with the lower control panel. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service.

Motor circuit is getting 248vac and heater circuit is getting 0vac. Attached pic of volt meter with improper reading from white to black on sd mobile. Unit cannot be serviced again until it is verified they have their voltage fixed. Instruct on leaving unit unplugged until electrical system is serviced by an electrician.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit. The unit operated as designed. I recommended that the customer switch detergents from using pods to a liquid or liquid gel due to the pods producing too much suds. Also recommended the customer us rinse aid, which she does. Advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and to use it on heavy mode and hi temp to assist in drying. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

Allowing for wiring to make connection to tco and switch. Unit is now running, Wiring will need to be replaced, switches will need to be replaced, and cavity tco will need to be replaced.
