Auger motor and impeller are seized together, not allowing unit to come apart to replace seized motor. Will need to replace plastic divider, with spacer, impeller and motor upon return. Customer can only meet tech on a Monday reschedule date of 6/4/18. All water connections dry. Old motor would not go back into unit. As it is fully disassembled with technician trying to get shaft out of motor. Taped wires pink and white off, so that customer is still able to use ice maker to produce ice, customer is aware of motor not being on unit. Customer is not using auger. Discussed with CS. Removed all clothing and ran each function independently through manual cycle and everything is working properly and washer spins correctly. Re-loaded same mixed clothing and was able to balance it. Inform department management of findings the resident is not on location and could not reach them by telephone. arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Unit was in the process of defrosting and there was a small amount of ice buildup on the evaporator. I had to steam the remaining ice away before replacing the parts. Once the ice was removed, I removed and replaced the Evap fan motor/thermistor and Evap cover. I found that the drain tube had a small gap approximately 1/8 inch from the bottom of the unit. I used manufacturer approved silicone and sealed the gap. Return the unit to its space and tested and a the unit tested good. All water was cleaned up at the end of service and no water leaks observed at the end of service.

No gas leaks at time of call, call complete. Did take pics of behind control panel and front of control panel and see not functional part failure which caused cosmetic issue. R4317449 service pointer, Reverse air flow between the freezer and refrigerator compartments during the compressor off cycle may occur on refrigerators with manually controlled dampers. Under certain conditions this reverse air flow may cause frost and or ice to build up in the air distribution ducts resulting in excessive interior moisture, causing ice bucket to create excessive moisture by the point of not allowing for ice to dispense. Will need service kit showing as discontinued AHS will need to locate part. Motor will need to be replaced as unit is becoming weak due to numerous freezing up conditions. All water connections dry. arrive on site to inspect damaged tub ring. Upon further inspection, I found that the tub ring was badly damaged and needed to be replaced. Also found that the unit was badly centered and the right side of the basket was rubbing against the tube causing it to be out of balance. I found that the unit was installed with rubber adaptor feet that would not allow the unit to be centered correctly. I removed the adaptor feet and centered the unit. I removed and replaced the tub ring and tested the unit on high spin. Unit tested good. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit operated as designed. .no water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect washer door not unlocking. Upon inspection, I found that the unit was in flood mode. I placed the unit in diagnostics and error code F3E1 appeared. I unplugged the unit and removed the top of the unit and manually unlocked the unit door. I placed the unit in diagnostic mode again and tested. Unit operated as designed and no error codes at the end of diagnostics. I advised the customer on proper detergent use and advised not to use the detergent pods as they produce too much suds and will cause the unit to go into flood mode as it did this time. I advised the customer that while testing the unit, I found a large amount of soap suds in the basket even though there was no detergent added to the unit before testing. I instructed the customer on the right amount of detergent and softner to use with each load. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site and found washer is unplugged, as soon as power is connected drain pump is running. Set unit into diagnostic cycle and pump stops. Ran all functions in diagnostic cycle and everything checks good, incoming water pressure is good and drain pump is strong. Confirmed pressure hose is clear, ran a calibration cycle and function has returned to washer. Started a load on bulky and it is progressing properly. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete
