Found temperature at 1° in freezer compartment at all functions were normal at this time.Contacted manufacturer and spoke with Butch . Informed manufacturer of my findings and it was determined that the icemaker is performing properly.

Whirlpool Dishwasher- Arrived to inspect leak. I found the dispenser was over-dispensing due to mismounting and I was able to correct the issue. I ran the unit in service test mode and user mode and found no additional signs of leaking. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Kitchenaid dishwasher KDTM404ESS1. Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher with a broken dispenser. Found dispenser lid gasket has come out of its mounting. Reseated gasket and tested unit. Found all is working properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Kitchen Aid Dishwasher KDTE104ESS3 Arrived to find water standing in the tub and not draining out. Found drain pump coming on but not draining water out. Removed all water from tub and removed drain pump and found debris stuck in pump keeping it from turning. Removed debris and checked operation, checked good. Checked unit for any leaks and none were found.

Kitchenaid ice machine KUIC15NHZS0. Arrived on site to diagnose an ice machine not turning on. Found bin thermistor out of range. This is causing the unit to go into an error mode. Thermistor will need to be replaced to complete repairs

Whirlpool Dishwasher- Arrived to inspect element failure. I found and cleared multiple error codes pertaining to the heating system and tested for voltage in service test mode. I found 121.7 VAC present and the element visually damaged. I installed the replacement element and tested. I advised the customer on the correct type and amount of detergent for their use, the usage and setting of rinse agent and the importance of purging the cold water from the hot water supply prior to use. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

JENN-AIR OVEN. Arrived to inspect UI loss of control reactivity. I found the control will react to power button presses, but not indicate change in the screen. There is a confirmation tone when the issue intermittently occurs. I entered service mode and there were no stored error codes. I removed and replaced the UI and set it to the correct model and tested. Operational test good.
