arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I pushed the cancel button two engage the drain pump and the pump sounded as if it were on as I could hear it humming, but it was not to supposed to. I removed and replaced the drain pump and found a piece of glass inside the drain pump area which appeared to have been lodged in the impellers keeping the drain pump from operating. I tested the unit in diagnostics and the unit operated as designed. I cleared all error codes as well. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

Kitchenaid refrigerator KRFC704FBS00. I’ve done site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Tested unit and found RC evaporator completely frosted over and not defrosting. Called tech line and spoke with Kurt. He advised control board was not correct revision, and to replace board. Replaced control board and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. Homeowner is going to manually defrost unit to ensure uniform temperature on initial cooldown. No leaks found at time of service from water supply or hoses. Advised homeowner on defrost procedure and precautions to take to prevent damage.

arrived on site to inspect cooktop ignitors constantly sparking. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the back left Ignitor won't stop sparking. I found that all of the ignitors are sparking and won't stop. Also, I found that two of the valves are sticking but are not causing the ignitors to spark all the time. They were in the off position and the ignitors continued to spark and all knobs need to be replaced. I am ordering a spark module, valve manifold, wiring harness and four knobs SS. Scheduled return service for 07/12/18. No gas leaks detected during service.

WRS965CIAM00 (SxS Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of SxS refrigerator not making ice. Removed icemaker cover and found icemaker stopped mid harvest. Removed ice maker assembly and installed new replacement. Tested icemaker. Found icemaker called for water but no water was dispensed. Used at wire to check fill tube and found blockage 1/2 down the tube. Per IPL, fill tube assembly is no a part serviceable. Will need to order freezer door assembly. Advise customer of findings. AHS must approve door before we can proceed. OF to R/S. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Model NGD4655EW1, Arrived on call for long dry times from dryer, found wall vent is restricted it is blowing air out from lint filter when is to pull down and vent hose is not kinked behind dryer see pic, customer to not run dryer until wall vent is cleared due to this is a fire hazard, customer to contact dryer wall vent cleaning service, no parts needed, call complete, dryer is still heating.
