"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to replace the sealed system componentscompressor, drier, access valve. However, upon arrival, I found the unit cooling and the ice bin completely full. I checked temps in the FC=6 degrees and RC=37 (setting at 35). Customer advised there was ice on the right side of the evaporator at previous service call. I contacted in house tech support and was advised previous tech found ice on the right side of evap. When I inspected the FC evaporator, I found ice at the right upper corner on the coils; ice on the left upper corner on the coils and could see where ice had been across the top of the evaporator as if there was an air leak (photos). The evaporator had a good frost pattern as well. Also found the customer had a large amount of food items in the freezer section that could potentially cause the door to not close and seal completely. I found debris on the condenser coils at the front bottom of the unit (photos) that could have a huge effect on cooling. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended that the sealed system repair not be made based off my findings. When reassembling the unit, I found rust on the freezer door in several different areas (photos). I am ordering the FC door, nameplate and the right bracket assembly. I advised the customer the door would take 6-8 weeks to arrive and once it arrives, the office will contact them to schedule return service. I placed the right pan stop on top of the unit on the right side for use when I return. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer stuck in drain mode. Customer advised me the unit came on by itself and kept draining, and they had to kill the breaker. Tested unit and found it stuck in drain when it's powered on or left. Even in diagnostic mode it keeps draining. Found F1 error for pressure system, and F11 error as well. Ordering parts to resolve. Returning tech to replace drain pump, control, and pressure switch. If latch does not actuate properly it also needs to be replaced. Customer will need to unstack the unit prior to repair, it is located in an RV closet. Arrived onsite for a dryer to replace previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the control and the element. I tested the unit and found the motor not starting. I found the thermal fuse blown again. I did not collect from the customer at this time. Ordering the thermal fuse again. Thermal fuse is covered by 90 day warranty.; ordrng 1 DC47-00016A (Thermal fuse)

"MVW7232HC0 Arrived to inspect lid not locking. I entered service test mode and found F7E4 as the only stored error code. Inspecting the gearcase area, I found the slider had separated and was the cause for the error code and subsequent failure to lock, an indication of drive system failure within customer mode. Further inspection revealed the gearcase lower seal had failed and there were subtle signs of oil loss, including a slight amount on the rotor and all around the inside of the cabinet. The failed slider and subsequent engagement failure had also damaged the rotor teeth and replacement is required. The wash plate was severely stuck, but utilizing the washplate puller tool, I was able to remove it. I applied Amblygon as a temporary anti-seize to prevent the installing tech from having to extract the washplate. I am adding a replacement washplate, just in case, but it may not be required. "WRS588FIHB04 Arrived to inspect ice dispenser not working. I found the ice dispenser drivetrain had failed and parts have been ordered. The customer advised me they were experiencing freezing of food within the lo part of the RC and I tested temperatures. The FC was 4?F and the lower RC was 29?, with the upper at 38?. Thermistors tested within MFG tolerances. Inspection revealed the air duct in the FC was incorrectly installed and permanently warped. I temporarily sealed with perms-gum and the returning tech will need to remove and discard the perma-gum upon replacement of the cover and ice parts. The chassis was out of square and the right door was leaning to the left with over 1/4 difference, top to bottom and I re-aligned. No leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit in work area. Customer complaint was refrigerator not cooling. Customer explain when they got back from the refrigerator was not cooling and everything had melted. Tested the refrigerator in diagnostics and found the refrigerator fan not working. Will need to replace the board and the fan. ordrng 1 W11033168 (FC fan) and 1 W10843055 (Control)"

Arrived onsite to replace failed thermal fuse. Upon accessing unit found breaker could not be located. Had to shut off main power to home. Replaced fuse and tested. Found upper oven not heating. Lower oven is heating. Needed to inspect TOD in rear. While trying to access found unit is installed low to the floor. Oven dolly does not fit underneath. Tried using 2x4 but unit will drop and one man cannot lift back into position. Notified customer that a second tech will be needed. Returning with TOD and elements. "Arrived on site to diagnose oven with unresponsive control panel. On arrival the customer informed me the unit will consistently show an hour glass and reset itself. On arrival the screen was locked up and only back-lit, no response from the panel. I power cycled the unit to bring it back online. Once I reset the unit, I confirmed customer has it connected to wifi, and software is updated. Advised a new console will be needed since unit is already updated ; ordrng 1 W11428578 (Console)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not draining, and throwing F9E1 error for long drain. Found unit still had water when I got there. I drained the unit and checked the control and drain pump. Neither has indications of a short. Tested the drain pump at the control and verified 120v present coming out of the control. This indicates a failure in the lower harness, pump showing good but not running. Ordering lower Harness, office to schedule when we can get part.

Customer advised that the unit seems to pause in the middle of cycles and does not completely finish out. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Attempted to run the unit into a diagnostic cycle and found that the unit was kicking me out several times. Finally got the unit to start a cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. Went to check a normal cycle and found the unit showing the lid was open. Found that the lid was not actually fully closed due to an issue with the hinge, causing the lid not to fully close and caused the machine not to recognize the lid closed when it was unlocking. The unit will need new hinges for repair. Ordering both hinges and reschedule ordrng 1 W11551369 (Left hand hinge) and 1 W11551376 (Right hinge)"

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer that was not agitating. Examined unit and found actuator was broken again, arm was not moving. Did not find any other issues wuth unit. Called tech line and spoke with Chris. Tech line / engineering have no notes / reports of this issue happening, not multiple times either. Had no additional repair recommendations, tech line advised it may be overloaded / off balance causing damage to the actuator. Advised to contact whirlpool for further assistance as no other repairs recommended and actuator has been replaced 3 times. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying dishes and the door is difficult to open/close. Upon further inspection, I found the customer not using rinse aid (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and found error code F10E2-vent electrical problem. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed except the vent failed to come on. I tested amp draw to the unit and found the element showing 7-9amps during cycle. I tested the door and found the trim on the cabinets not cut properly and was rubbing on the door on both sides at the top control panel. Also found the customer has an RO system and the RO drain tube is connected to the dishwasher drain tube at the disposal. I advised the customer that if the RO system drains and causes backfill into the dishwasher, it could potentially flood the dishwasher and their home and the manufacturer would not be responsible for any damage. I advised the customer that I am ordering the vent and main control and they would need to contact their builder to adjust the cabinets trim so the door closes properly and they would need to contact the person responsible for installing g the RO system and have them relocate the RO drain tube to the lower P trap. "Arrived on site for a range that wont turn on the left hand oven and is not cycling properly in the right side oven. Ran the right side oven up to a 350?F. Bake cycle and found the unit fluctuating between 327?F and 379?F. The customer cooked I said biscuits during the test and the biscuits came out perfectly. Found the left hand oven knob not turning properly and the interior metal clip broken causing the issue with the left hand oven not turning on. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7736003115. He advised that with the temperature readings I was getting, the unit was fluctuating properly and working as designed. He advised to go ahead and replace the knob, but did advise the customer that the unit cannot be calibrated on this model. He advised that if she believes that she is getting hotter than normal temperatures, that she would need to adjust down the temperature slightly to achieve, the temperature shes looking for. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator deli control not working. Upon further inspection, I found the deli control not responding and the UI digits fading/missing. I pulled the left deli drawer out and removed the deli control and it is good. I inspected the deli harness and found one of the blue wires and the brown wire broken. I found the unit is cooling properly. I advised the customer of the recent issues wit( this model that our company has experienced and provided a disclaimer written by management regarding the issues weve found and our solution for them. I advised the customer of the RC evap drip pan being bowed and would need to be replaced and the right RC door gasket is badly torn. I recommended the customer not repair the unit due to the repairs not be cost effective. Currently, the unit is operating as designed minus the deli control/harness. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit stopped cooling and they could hear a loud clunking noise coming from the back of the unit (3way valve). They advised that they cycled power to the unit and it continued to make the noise. After a few cycles of power, they left the unit plugged in and went they arrived home, the unit was cooling properly. I tested temps in the FC=7 degrees on a setting of 4 degrees and RC=43 on 39 setting. I pulled the unit out and tested voltage at the wall (124V). Tested voltage at the 3way valve and orion board P9 connector and got good readings. Tested the thermistors and all were within range. Due to the intermittent issue and the 3way valve getting its voltage from the orion board, I removed and replaced the orion board and tested the unit in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Romex is is directly connected to dishwasher and is sparking where it exits wall. There is is evidence on dishwasher parts but none have damaged control board yet. "KODE500ESS20 Arrived for no heat. I found the unit had apparent full functionality, but would not develop heat on any setting. I accessed the controls and tested live voltages. L1 was correct, but L2 was only 16 VAC. I advised the customer to contact their builder to correct the voltage supply issue. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker at points T-H and it failed to harvest. I tested the fill tube from points L-V and it failed to fill the tray. Upon inspection I tested the single valve by disconnecting the feed line to the unit from the valve and leaving the main line connected and placing the Valve in a bucket and then calling for water and found that the valve did not chatter. I connected the waterline back up and called for water and found that the noise returned I removed the filter and tested unit and found that the unit still had the noise. replaced the filter housing and tested unit and for a while the noise was gone but it can back I replace the single valve and tested unit several times and found that the noise went away permanently this time.

"Arrived onsite for dryer making buzzing/vibrating noise during use. Ran unit and could hear some vibration. Disassembled and inspected. Found idler, rollers and belt all in good shape with no signs of premature ware. Did find blower wheel with lint accumulation. Cleared lint and reassembled. Reschedule unit and found noise when away. Recommended duct cleaning due to accumulation and also duct has not been cleaned

Arrived on site to test unit for leaking. Found drain tube is a make-shift tube made of copper tubing. Found with minimal use tubing starting to sweat. Sweating tube is culprit of leak.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Heated to 350 and found broil, bake and convection elements not heating. Checked voltage at out let and got 120vac from L1 to neutral and ground but 74vac from L1 to L2. Got 74vac from L2 to ground and neutral. Reset breaker and noticed breaker not sitting properly in panel. Got voltage to be correct and verified now heating but advised breaker would need to be repaired.

Arrived on site and installed previously diagnosed sump assembly and heating element. Completed diagnostics with no issues. No leaks detected.

"Arrived onsite and tested refrigerator for possible nuisance tripping. Determined all loads to operate properly without hard shorts. Visually inspected heater operating and let run for 10 minutes. Experienced one nuisance trip when the defrost heater was on for 10 seconds in diagnostics, reset breaker and commenced to operate properly. Advised customer that manufacturers literature requires non gfci breakers to nuisance tripping. Customer is running extension cord to non gfci outlet to test before changing fridge circuit breaker.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is leaking. Found same line backed out of reservoir that was fixed last time due to retaining clip not installed properly. Reset line and reinstalled clip. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found after service was performed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not cleaning properly. Found circ pump not pressurizing properly preventing water from reaching sprayers. Replaced pump and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher door not staying up. On inspection the rubber pad broke on the right side of the dishwasher. Replaced both pads on the dishwasher. Tested the door and it is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during inspection.

Arrived on site to test unit for burner not getting hot. Test unit and found unit is induction cooktop it will not get hit with out a cooking special induction pan. Job complete.

"Arrived onsite for and refrigerator that has not made ice. Upon inspection I found the the ice maker cycle properly and the ice box thermistor tested good along with the icebox fan. By all accounts, the unit should be making noise. I advised the customer to wait a couple of days to see if it begins producing ice to contact whirlpool if not."

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts upon arrival I installed the Tod and the hardware kit. And tested the unit several time and found unit operating as designed. Job complete ; used 1 WP4449751 (Tod) from stock

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop not square with the countertop. Upon further inspection, I immediately found that the top left corner nearest the backsplash was seated closer than the right side. When I backed away from the unit, I could see where the backsplash was bowed outward near the left side of the unit. Using my measuring tape, I measured the countertop from the left side (63cm), the middle (63 1/2cm) and the right side (64cm) and took photos of all measurements. At the customers request, I measured the countertop from the far left and at the far right sides and found almost an inch difference. I advised the customer of my findings and they were standing with me while taking the measurements. I tested the unit and all burners are operating as designed. Customer advised that the inspector advised them to contact warranty to service. I advised the customer that the issue is with the backsplash/wall behind the unit and not the unit itself. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they washed a large load and the unit began to make a loud noise. Customer advised it was a queen sized comforter. I advised the customer that the unit is designed to wash nothing larger than a full or twin sized comforter, but they should only wash small/medium sized loads. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and manually tested the spin cycle and could hear the unit gearcase louder than normal. I tilted the unit back and found the pulley shield damaged from the tub dropping too low with the large load and causing the pulley to rub on the shield (photo). I removed the pulley to find gearcase oil on the underside of the pulley and on the gearcase. I removed and replaced the gearcase, belt and cam and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher with dead panel. On arrival found power to unit was shut off at switch. Turned power on and verified unit does light up, but that's all. Couldn't get a response out of the start / cancel buttons on the UI. Replaced UI box. Tested unit with new UI and verified all functions working properly. Repair completed."

"arrived onsite for washer making noise. On inspection found that the tub was not spinning at full speed. On further inspection found that the tub was hitting the side of the cabinet. I raised the feet on the left side to balance the tub in the middle. I re calibrated the unit and retested the unit. The spin cycle is spinning at full speed and not hitting the side of the cabinet. There is a noise when the unit is spinning down, told customer if the unit gets louder or clothes come out to wet to call us back."
