"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is grinding and tore up some clothes recently. Examined unit and tested. Could not duplicate any grinding or excessive noise, everything was working properly. I checked under the unit and found no evidence of splutch or gearcase failure. I did find the agitator base was warping, and was sitting 50% higher one on side, and had enough of a gap for stuff to get under it. Hammered off agitator and replaced. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, UV dye drier, and evaporator. While removing the drier and compressor, I found oil leaking from the Yoder loop (photo). I soldered an access valve to the condenser line and using my nitrogen, I cleared the oil from the unit. I removed the access valve and installed the drier, compressor and access valve. Then I removed and replaced the evaporator and vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi. Installed 47g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Plugged the unit in and tested my welds with liquid leak detector and found no leaks in the system andmit is beginning to cool. Unit is operating as designed and will need to cool for approximately 24 hours before placing items back inside. No one available to sign for receipt, job completed. Arrived on it inpsect dryer not heating or drying. Upon further inspection I ran a test and found the dryer is heatimgbut had poor airflow. I detached the ventand the dryer still had poor airflow. I gained access to the lint chute and found a large amount of lint blocking the airflow. I removed the obstruction and reassembled and tested the dryer. The dryer is now operating as designed. I instructed the customer to clean the lint trap after every use. No parts needed.

"Arrived on site to inspect the refrigerator ice maker not producing fast enough. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that since the last repair on the ice maker, the unit has not produced as much ice fast enough as the previous ice maker. I advised the customer that the ice maker will produce a full bin in approximately 72 hours given the unit stays closed up and no doors are opened. I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees and in the ice box 11 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested per the tech sheet. I found no error codes stored for the ice maker in test 56. I tested the fill tube voltage in test 58 and found no voltage. I tested the ice maker harvest in test 57 and it harvested properly and then tested the fill tube in test 45 and found the ice maker calling for too much water, but found the cubes that were dispensed were smaller than normal (photo). I tested the ice box fan and found it on, but it felt as if it was not blowing well. I found no ice build up in the unit. I found the ice box was not properly installed and pushed back to the back RC wall. Also found condensation built up on the ice box fascia when I first opened the left RC door. I found the the right RC door gasket badly torn. The customer advised that they found ice crystals developing under the ice bin and I found the ice door not sealing properly, allowing warm air up into the ice bin area. I tested the emitter/receiver boards in test 15 and found they are functioning properly. I advised the customer of all of my findings and am ordering the right RC door and gasket, ice box adapter (per service pointer W10842568), ice box fascia, separator, and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with all prescreened parts. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that stopped him in cycle and would not let them start a new cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he was able to get the unit to drain. Finally, but that the unit stops mid cycle with water in it and would not unlock the lid. He advised that he was finally able to get the lid unlocked and the unit to drain, but they have not tried a cycle since. I checked underneath the unit and found that the drain pump cover had disconnected itself from the pump and caught the drain connector with it. I fixed the drain pump connector back onto the drain phone and ran the unit through diagnostics. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is leaking water from the mullion in between the two RC doors. I found condensation built up on the mullion and both RC door gaskets (photo). I found the left RC door gasket was previously replaced. Looking at the right RC door gasket, I found the flaps at the top and bottom that are supposed to seal the mullion are not molded properly and are creating an air gap for the cold fresh foods air to escape. When closing the right door after the left door has been closed, the gap is minimal, but when closing the left door after the right door, the gap is larger. Using my heat gun, I heated the flaps and reshaped them so that they rest flat on the mullion to seal the gaps. I recommended that if the customer opens the left door, they need to open the right door then close the left door and close the right door after the left door has been closed to allow the right RC door gasket to seal off the mullion properly. Once I had the gasket reshaped, I placed my flashlight inside the unit and closed both doors and found no light coming through the gaskets. I recommended the customer leave the doors closed for a few hours to allow the gasket to fully mold to the mullion. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit makes a grinding noise in the beginning of the cycle and they don't believe it's getting water. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed. I retested and at the beginning, the drain pump kicked on and the customer identified the noise. I advised that it's normal to hear the drain pump come on as it's a safety to get any water out of the tub before it begins to dispense water into the tub for the wash cycle. I advised the unit is operating as designed and recommended they perform a cleaning cycle on the unit. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for unit door hard to close upon further inspection found the dryer door was hard to close tried some grease tested still hard to close parts used catch W11429587 strike W11429589 tested unit door unit is working as designed

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit has been working fine 46 months, but when she ran one load, the unit ran overnight and would not stop. She advised that she unplugged it and has not used it since. I ran the inner through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I rarely unit through a quick wash cycle and found the unit work and operate as designed through the complete cycle. I did advise the customer that it appeared that the issue may have been with her load. The customer advised that she did not understand how to cancel the cycle in order to start a new one. I showed the customer how to do that.They found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site to install new tub ring to resolve leaking. Replaced tub ring and verified unit working as designed. Leak is no longer present. Parts used - W11590590.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. On arrival found unit off and at room temp. Upon further inspection I found uv dye coming from factory Lokring on condenser coil. Removed Lokring and reconnected coil and added Wpw10143759 uv drier then pulled vac and recharged system with 68g of r600. Found unit spurting as designed. Informed office at complex top allow 24hrs for unit to stablize temps. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the ice maker in the fresh foods section was not working. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes to the ice maker in test 56 and found E2-ice maker lost position. I tested the ice maker in test 57 and found the motor would not rotate and the thermistor is bad. I tested the ice maker motor in test and again the motor failed. I tested the ice box fan and it was operating as designed. I tested the fill tube heater and found no voltage to the heater. I found the ice maker in the FC section with the on/off arm in the off position. Placed the arm in the on position and the ice maker began to harvest and then filled. I am ordering the hv control, UI, fill tube heater, and will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 04/28/25. No water leaks observed during service. RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE HV CONTROL, FRESH FOODS ICE MAKER, FILL TUBE HEATER and possibly the UI.; ordrng 1 W11224256 (HV control) and 1 W11387387 (UI) and 1 W11087201 (Fill tube heater)"

"Arrived on-site for range with no power. Found thr breaker was tripped and the power at the tblock is good. I installed control (w11707155), bake element (w11182108) and broil element (w10856603) disconnected the ground ad heated to 500. Reconnected the ground and tested unit. Everything is working as designed. No one available for signing."

"Arrived onsite for unit not cooling properly. On arrival found unit cooling bit not cold/freezing. Inspected and found unit pressurized but not equilizing. Compressor was running hot. Tapped system and found oil in lines. Used nitrogen to flush lines. Proceeded to replace compressor, drier and access valve. Pulled vacuum and held. Charged per spec and tested. Arrived on-site for a damaged cooktop. Verified the damage. Installed new cooktop(w11223314) and foam tape(wp8286642) house is under construction. She's getting more foam tape before they install the cooktop.

Arrived onsite for unit low ice & no ice upon further inspection ran diagnostics found no errors ran several other tests through diagnostics found no errors removed bottom cover found alot of dog hair build up cleaned dog from unit coils unit is working as designed no leaks observed during service
