JFX2897DRM00 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed the ice maker housing and found the front left housing hook was not engaged and ice mass had built up above the housing, increasing the gap above the housing. I replaced the adapter and correctly seated and installed the ice maker housing. Contact of the ice bin gasket to the fascia was badly gapped, up to 1/4 inch. The left door lower hinge was drooping and after correcting, the gasket gap was corrected. I sealed excessive drain line gapping in the lower unit area and then squared and leveled the chassis. I sealed gapping within the door openings, noting the lower border of the fc door had excessive gapping. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

arrived on site for noisy refrigerator. Upon further inspection, I found that the rc fan is making a loud noise. I found a large block of ice behind the rc Evap cover. Advised customer that they would have to defrost the unit before I could move further with service due to the possibility of more damage to the unit. I had the customer sign a waiver and advised customer to place several towels around the unit and to have a shop vac available for any water debris. Office to order Evap cover, Evap motor, motor support, and I will return with rc thermistor. Office schedule return service for 05/14/18 JA. No water leaks observed during service.

Per service pointer, I removed and replaced the UI and tested. Unit tested good. While changing out the UI, I tested the water dispenser and it began to work. I advised the customer that the unit needs an ice maker and to continue to dispense water every hour to keep the fill tube from freezing. Office to order ice maker, inlet valve and dual water valve. Arrived on site for noise and ice build up in freezer, found ff evaporator fully iced over, customer defrosted unit. Replaced rc therm and freezer door gasket that was drooping on left side allowing for ambient temperature in freezer. Verified temperatures dropping. All water connections dry. Did not have to move unit as it is away from wall install. Discussed with customer allow 24 hours for unit to fully cool.

Whirlpool Cooktop Model RCC3024GB2 Arrived onsite for the cooktop with the hot surface light not turning off after the cooktop has cooled down. When I arrived the light was on and mr stated they had used the RF burner earlier. I put my hand on all of the burners and all were cold except the RF. The RF burner was just a little warm and the light was not going out. I changed the RF burner and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Model WRF736SDAM10, Arrived on call for water leaking under fridge and has damaged cabinet next to fridge, found water leak is supply line running from valve to the filter housing area it was damaged by prior company when tightened the screw down in mid way of the cabinet which is not were it goes, also display has dim segments will need display and also found ice maker is not making ice found e1 error code which is ice maker room temp not were it should be to make ice, found ice room fan is running and is plenty cold in i e room to make ice and ice maker did harvest but could not test fill with damaged water line in back of unit, will order ice maker and main control and dual valve and use primary valve on return if needed, office will reschedule with customer if parts are found and if autho. Is approved, left the water shut off to the unit, will need autho. For repair.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher upper rack falling off. Upon further inspection, I found that the upper rack left stop was not properly attached. Once attached, the stop was very loose. I removed and replaced the stop and tested and the unit operates as designed. No water leaks observed during service.
