Upon further inspection, the customer advised that food items would freeze on the shelf just above the crisper right in the front. I checked temps in the RC section and it was 35 degrees on a setting of 38. I verified the RC thermistor was good and verified the damper was opening and closing. I checked the ice bin gasket on the left RC door and made sure it had a good seal. I adjusted the gasket. Found food packages ad beverages blocking the air flow in the back of the Rc section. Advised customer to make sure the back was clear approximately one inch to allow airflow. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

After 5 minutes in diagnostics cycle I found the unit leaking from the right side. I found the leak coming from a seam in the tub. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS555SIHZ00 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker. It harvested aa designed but the water did not dispense. I checked the water line at the bottom left hinge area and found the fill tube line frozen. I checked voltage to the heater and to none. I contacted Techline and spoke to Andy, who advised to order the FC door and main control. I was able to get the fill tube line cleared before I left ad advised the customer of my findings and what I was going to do to repair the unit. I am ordering the FC door SS and the main control and office to schedule return service. I advised the customer it would take 6-8 weeks for the door to come in at which time the office would contact to schedule. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 LW11026425 (FOR-TIP SS) and 1 W11212392 (CNTRL-ELEC)"

Placed towel load back into washer and started a heavy duty cycle. Washer began cycle as normal then stopped on sensing and did not operate for 10 minutes. Canceled cycle and installed new control. Tested operation and found unit now working properly. Job complete

Performed temperature test on bake mode at 350°. Measured first 3 cycles and found unit at 345°. Set bake to 450° and measured temperature and monitored temperature.
