"arrived on site to inspect ice machine not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Customer advised that the unit made a loud noise while on. When I got to test #8-condenser fan motor and compressor, the fan motor never came on. I finished with testing . I removed and replaced the fan motor and retested and the unit operated as designed. I turned the unit on and watched it until it began to form ice and advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect cooktop humming noise. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a humming noise even when it’s not turned on. Removed the downdraft vent cover and could hear the humming noise and sounded as if it were a motor of some sort. I turned the fan on all speeds and then turned it off and could still hear the noise. I removed the vent hose under the unit and could hear the humming noise in the vent tube going outside. The customer and I went outside to find where the vent tube exits the home and found that the external vent is next to a pump motor for the septic and was making the humming noise. I put the vent hose back on the tube and used foil tape to seal it.

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with a no ice condition. I found the icemaker jammed because of small cubes. This was cause by a restricted water filter. I removed the ice and tested the unit without the filter. The mold filled to the proper level and the icemaker is working as designed. Ms also stated the refrigerator leaks water into the bottom of the RC. I explained to ms this is due to the drain tube being restricted. I cleared the drain tube in the RC. "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon further inspection, the customer had the toeplate off and drying the insulation off. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. The unit operated as designed and I did not find a leak. I removed the outer door panel and found where water had splashed onto the inner insulation at the bottom of the door. I questioned the customer on what type of detergent they were using and they showed me a bottle of Palmolive dish washing soap. I advised the customer that Palmolive is not a dishwasher safe detergent. I made recommendations for detergent use (water softer system in use). When I removed the outer door panel, the control fell out. I found the mounts on the control were broken. Also found that the heat dry button does not illuminate. I could see the element illuminating in the ack left upper corner vent. Using the dryer test kit prescreened for today, I placed the test in the back right upper vent and turned the timer to air fluff (no heat) and tested two times for 15 seconds. The test card never fell off the hanger. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that they needed to have the vents professionally checked/cleaned. Arrived on site for cooktop not operating. Upon arrival customer informed that issue is with power burner flickers and goes out. Tested and inspected unit and found no issues with power burner. Tested all other burners with no issues. Tested with vent hood on high as well to see if flames would go out and all operations are normal. Tested the power burner on simmer on high and low and power burner on high and low for 15 minutes with no issues. Spoke with customer on this and she feels that maybe the cleaning lady did not place cap back on properly when issue happened. All operations are normal. No gas leaks present at time of service.

"arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the middle burner flame isn’t correct and the other four burners won’t turn down low. I tested the burners and found that the flames on the outer four burners were too high on a low setting and the middle burner flame was intermittent. I removed and replaced the middle burner head and retested and it operated as designed. I adjusted the flames on the outer four burners and retested and all operate as designed.
