Whirlpool Refrigerator Model WRX988SIBM03 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that the deli drawer will not open because it's stuck and won't close all of the way. I found the RC evaporator completely iced up amd the deli drawer rod frozen to the evaporator. I explained to ms that we would have to reschedule the call and they would need to unplug the unit 24 hours prior to our return visit to allow the unit to thaw out. I also advised ms to pull the unit out and put towels in the bottom of the RC and all the way atound the refrigerator on the floor to soak any water up. I ran all the test on the thermistors, fans, and sealed system. All passed and are working but the RC fan seams to be running slower than normal. Ordering W11087438 MOTOR-EVAP and W10843055 CNTRL-ELEC.

Whirlpool Dishwasher Model WDT720PADM2 Arrived onsite for the dishwasher for the dishwasher that stopped in mid-cycle and never drained. After speaking with ms there wasn't any problem with to many suds, the machine just never rinsed. I found the machine completely dead and not powering on. I checked the J-box and found the neutral wire not connected properly with the wire nut. I repaired the connection and tested the machine in diagnostics. There were no error codes present and the unit is working as designed.

KitchenAid Dishwasher Model KDTE704DSS0 Arrived onsite for the dishwasher that will not complete a cycle and washing just blinks in the display. I put the unit in diagnostics and there were no stored error codes. The machine stopped as soon as it started to fill. I tested the fill circuit and it tested good. I replaced the main control and retested in diagnostics. The machine shut off when the vent fan tried to come on. I tested the vent fan and it only ohmed out at 1.2Kohms. I replaced the vent fan and retested in diagnostics. Unit worked as designed. I ran the Pro-Wash cycle for the customer because mr stated that the machine would always shut down between the 5-10 minute mark. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

KitchenAid Refrigerator Model KFIV29PCMS00 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that sounds like a jack hammer. After speaking with ms the refrigerator was freezing some product on the top shelf but she found out that the temp was set as low as it would go and ms had adjusted it to correct the problem. I found ice build up on the evaporator in the FC causing the fan to hit the ice and make the noise. I defrosted all of the ice and I found the harness to the defrost heater had come disconnected on the right side. I reconnected the harness and ran test 4 and and all passed. I tested the defrost circuit and it tested good. Unit is working as designed.

Whirlpool Dishwasher Model WDT710PAYM2 Arrived onsite for the dishwasher not completely leaking draining. I found the drain line routed wrong. Explained to the customer that the drain line needed to go thru the bottom of the cabinet and then have a loop higher than the disposal before it's connected to the disposal. Ms is having the floor of the cabinet replaced and will get the cabinet people to drill a new hole for the drain line and re-route it. Ms had put bleach in the machine to get rid of the smell and when I tested it it pumped down below the top of the filter which is normal when the drain line is routed like it is now.

Kitchen Aid Refrigerator KFIS29PBMS00 Arrived to check unit for a water leak. Found water sitting under the pantry drawer. Removed drawer and crisper assembly and removed evaporator cover, found the defrost drain hole clogged and frozen. Removed any debris and defrosted the drain hole. Poured water down to ensure it is clear. Unit checks good with no other water leaks.

UXT5230BDS1 Venthood- no lights and not operating. Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I verified p/n is associated with this model and removed the failed switch assembly. I found the replacement has a slightly different harness and was not correctly wired. I utilized the serviceable harness from the existing unit and the new switch assembly and reassembled the unit. Upon testing the unit worked as designed with all three speeds as expected and the lights are working correctly. Operational test good.

KitchenAid dishwasher model KDTE204DSS0 Arrived onsite for the dishwasher that will not heat. I ran diagnostics and found F8E1, F3E1, F6E6, & F7E1 stored error codes. Unit was drawing 8 amps in the wash cycle and 4 amps in the drying cycle. The control had locked the heating circuit out. I found the rinse aid dispenser set to max and the customer was using Finish Powerball Pods and rinsing their dishes completely off before loading them. I set rinse aid to minimum and discussed detergent options.

WRF736SDAM14 Whirlpool Refrigerator- Arrived to inspect noise and water on gasket. I found the unit was not squared and tilted back excessively. I corrected the leveling and square of the cabinet and filled gapping within the fc and rc. I set the mullion heat to full time and tested the unit. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

MFI2570SEZ00 (French Door Refrigerator),Arrived onsite for customer complaint of frost build up on right side in RF section and light not coming on. Found frost build on ride side near rails. Removed frost in light housing and liner. Light came on after removing frost. Adjust door 1/16th higher. Door now closes well to cabinet. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.
