Inspected unit and removed some of the melted plastic(see SD-QuickPic) Removed bake element cover and inspected bake element. Installed unit and powered top on. Will need to remove all plastic from oven and run Aqua lift cleaning cycle. All else tested good.

Gained access to evaporator and fan. Found normal operation from evaporator fan. Tested dispenser. Spoke with customer on air flow. All tested good, no water leaks present."

Replaced control board and found no change. Re-tested unit and Found 120 V shared between case of oven and case of warming drawer indicating electrical issue. Also noted I was not getting voltage to a separate ground and the oven but only to the warming drawer and oven. Homeowner will need electrician to verify and correct wiring or voltage issue to complete repair.

I will also return with new sump due to the sump seal does not always reseal when removed and installed into new tub. Unit will also need toe kick insulation due to it being completely saturated.
