I tested voltage to the control and it had 123V but was not putting out voltage to the panel. I found where there was some oxidation on the connector of the panel and some on the connector at the control. I obtained authorization from the office SC so I removed and replaced the main control and control panel and tested. Unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Ms stated that it sometimes will not go into a spin cycle properly and it doesn’t function correctly when set on delicates and only makes a clicking sound. I cited stored error codes and found an F8E1 & F7E6. I ran the auto diagnostics test and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. I found the feet screwed completely up in the chassis and the basket and tub not level in the chassis. I lowered the feet and ran a control calibration. I ran the auto cycle again and the unit completed it and worked as designed. I ran the delicate cycle and tested the unit. Ms stated that after it feels it just makes a clicking sound and never agitates. The unit worked as designed in the delicate cycle. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for the ice machine that stopped making ice and was making a loud noise again. When I arrived the unit was turned off. I turned the unit on and it went thru the flush cycle, refilled the reservoir and the sealed system components all turned on and the unit started making ice. The unit was working as designed. Ms had a video of the machine and the sound. The sound was coming from the recirculating pump but I could not see the reservoir or the return water line to the reservoir to tell if the unit had any water in it. The issue is either a defective recirculating pump or failing smart valve. Ms doesn’t want to purchase both so I explained that if it happens again we need to know if the reservoir has any water in it. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for the dishwasher that is still not working. I found the control panel stuck in the drain selection and none of the buttons responding with 5VDC out of the P1B connector on the main control. I called techline and reported my findings to Andy. SR# 7725285595. Andy advised checking the control outputs, especially the drain pump to see if there is a short taking out the F9 fuse on the main control. I disconnected the drain pump harness and tested the F9 fuse on the control from W2 - P6-3 and found the fuse closed. I tested the drain pump resistance and had 22 ohms. I tested the fill valve and had 1072 ohms. I tested the vent wax motor and found it defective. It starts out at 18 ohms and bleeds down. The vent wax motor, main control, and control panel need to be changed again to complete service. Ordering c-notes.; ordrng 1 C-

"Arrived on site to replace the uv drier, compressor, and access valve due to unit not cooling or freezing. Replaced all parts and added 5.25 oz of refrigerant. No refrigerant leak present. "arrived on site to inspect oven UI. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that someone had already looked at the unit today, but wanted me to check it anyway. I found the UI display working as designed. The customer advised that they had a power outage recently and the display wasn’t working correctly, so he pressed the settings key and it has worked since. I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error code F6E0-user interface lost communication. I cleared the code and tested and the unit operated as designed. I advised the customer that due to the loss of power was the reason for the issue. Job completed."

Arrived on site for dryer baffle fell off. Inspected unit and found screws holding baffle on backed out and baffle fell off. Customer had baffle on site and requested to try to reuse. Inspected and found in good condition. When reinstalling applied high heat adhesive to screws to avoid backing out again. Tested and inspected unit and found all operations are normal. No other repairs are needed at this time.
