WOS51EC0AS03 Arrived to inspect temperature issue. I had the customer Preheat the unit to 350 prior to my arrival. The customer was not aware of the standard and Rapid Preheat settings and I advised them of the difference. The customer was concerned with heating up to 400 degrees and I tested in standard Preheat mode. The unit claimed Preheat at 398 and then declined to 347. It cycled off at 436. The temperature spread is outside of acceptable limits with an 89 degree spread. Office to order p/n W10839510 control and p/n W10859573 sensor.

Customer informed me that sometimes it wont drain water out, sometimes it wont spin, sometimes it stops mid cycle but lid wont unlock, its doing all kind of odd things. I tested in rinse/spin and it seemed to cut in and out of spin. Calibrated control. All tested in diagnostics showed no problems! Retried spin and motor acted up again. WRX735SDBM04 Arrived to inspect inconsistent temperatures. I found the unit was not leveled and the chassis feet were up. I lowered the feet and squared the cabinet, causing the door corners to match. I found and sealed gapping within the fc and rc door openings and tested. The unit appears to seal much better. The customer requested I contact the mfg to find out expected temperature swings with normal operation. Mfg tech Leon. I advised the technician of my findings and repairs performed and the customer inquiry about an expected temperature swing. The tech advised me the information is unpublished at this time. The unit appeared to have full functionality within service test mode. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Whirlpool Refrigerator Model WRX988SIBM03 - Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that is leaking water on the floor and had a no ice condition. I replaced the evaporator cover that was broken and diagnosed as defective on the previous visit. The coil looked good and there was no frost or ice build up. Ice build up had started around the top of the cover because of the broken tabs on the old cover and I removed it. The ice bin was full of ice. Call complete.

Arrived on site for noisey operation and condensation in the door. Baked a potato in the microwave and it indeed fogged up the microwave door and a good portion of the lower oven door.. I found nothing wrong with the door and the fan was blowing properly. I spoke with Joel at the manufactures technical assistance line and we both feel that the unit is working properly. The noise went away after about 30 seconds of cooking. The customer will let us know if the noise gets more consistent.

Whirlpool dishwasher WDF320PADS3. Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not drying properly. Tested unit and found no mechanical failures with dishwasher at this time. Advised homeowner on best options and products to use for best drying results. Found there was no rinse agent in the dispenser at this time. Advised homeowner rinse agent is absolutely necessary for proper drying. No repairs needed at this time, and no water leaks were found at time of service.

WRF993FIFM00 Arrived to inspect no cool in rc. I found the evaporator completely frosted and I removed the ice. I replaced the evaporator cover and control and sealed gapping within the rc and fc openings. I leveled and squared the chassis and adjusted the doors. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
