"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop KCGS356ESS05 ignitors not turning off. Upon further inspection, I tested all of the burners and found them operating as designed. The customer advised that whennusing the far left burners and the middle burner that the back right burner ignitor won't turn off. I rested the unit and found that when using the middle burner, the knob must be turned all the way to the H to get the ignitor to stop arcing. I demonstrated to the customer how turning on one burner will cause all of the burner ignitors to arc. I advised the customer that the knob must be turned past the flame indicator and the arcing would stop. I adjusted the flames for the customer and retested all burners. The unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the compressor failure, I evacuated the system and cleared it with nitrogen. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier and vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi. I installed 44oz of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Iplugged the unit in and tested and it is operating as designed and beginning to cool. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items inside. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRSF5536RB00 that is still making abnormal noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she took a video of the sound and showed me a video of what sounded like refrigerant running through the evaporator. In the video, there was a slight gurgling noise and was intermittent, indicating air bubbles creating vibration when entering the evaporator. I ran the unit through diagnostics testing. I was unable to replicate any sounds as all components were running. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Edwin SR# 22066765. He advised me to make no further repairs at this time, as this is normal sound, especially with R600 refrigerators. He advised that the noises do not affect functionality and to let the customer know it will not affect the longevity of the unit either. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed, and no leaks were present during service."

"Arrive on site for a refrigerator model JBRFR30IGX20 that is frosting in the deli drawer. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that around christmas, they had a bunch of people over and had the refrigerator stocked full of food. They advise that the deli drawer froze all of their vegetables and had condesnation on another shelf. They advised that they tried to adjust the temperature, and then she had an issue with her freezer having frost on the shelf, so she changed it back, and it's been working since. I took temperature of the refrigerator section and found it at 37?F. I found no evidence of any defrost issues or frosting inside of either deli drawers. I did advise the customer that the most likely issue would have been with an airflow restriction due to the unit correcting itself. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS325FDAM04 leaking water from the freezer side and the interior lights are not functioning. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had a towel on the floor in front of the freezer (FC) section. I opened the FC door and found ice at the bottom below the drawer. When I removed the drawer, I found the drain for the evaporator was clogged with ice. Also, when I opened the door, the light failed to turn on. I tested the light switches and found them good. Also found the RC section light not turning on. I pulled the unit out to gain access to the drain tube and removed it. I found the tube clogged with debris and cleaned it out. Re-installed the tube and cleared the ice from the FC section. Tested the drain and it is draining as designed. I removed and replaced the FC module and the upper RC module and tested and the lights are operating as designed. Inspected air dividers are present to the unit. All mechanical parts are running normally. Called techline and spoke with Joe SR#22069136 to run thermistor checks and found Test 1 RC is at 41F, Test 2 FC is at 27F, Test 28 last 6 hours in RC 37F, Test 29 last 6 hours in FC 2F and Test 34 coldest temp in freezer -14F. Suspects freezer thermistor is bad due to showing 27F causing compressor to constantly run to satisfy FC temp. Just as precaution, ordering all parts relating to cooling issue. "Arrived on site to test unit WTW4855HW3 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11607637) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit WMH31017HZ11 for no heat. Upon arrival customer stated unit stopped heating. Verified issue; magnetron engaged with loud buzzing. Removed unit from cavity and accessed internals, found magnetron antenna darkened and diode shorted. Replaced magnetron (W11737891), capacitor (WPW10574736), and diode (W11256462). Tested with cup of water; heated to 130? in one minute with normal operation. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

I've done site for range with a front right burner.That would not adjust low once it was turned to high. On arrival ran front right burner for 3 minutes and after trying to adjust it to low. I found the burner staying on hot and not adjusting but the part sent for repair were not accurate. I am ordering W10857622 switch and rescheduled customer for 01.7.25; ordrng 1 W10857622 (Front right infinite switch)

"Arrived on site to test unit WRFF3436RW00 for not dispensing ice or water. Upon arrival customer stated unit does not dispense ice or water and no settings can be changed on the screen. Inspected UI and found control lock engaged, preventing dispenser use and menu changes. Provided education on UI functions and how to lock/unlock controls. "Arrived on site for unit not cooling. Upon arrival found unit unplugged customer informed me unit completely stopped cooling in both compartments. Customer service recommended unplugging unit for 24 hrs then plugged back in and monitored customer did and still no changes. Can her and and fell compressor running but not cooling. Called PR and reported my findings determined unit will need a sealed system repair. Ordering compressor, access valve, uv driervand evaporator office to reschedule. Arrived on site for unit shacking and walking. Upon arrival tested suspension when i did basket went all the way down and gearcase touched the floor no resistance in the suspension. Replaced suspension and tested. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. No leaks present at this time job completed

"Arrived on site to inspect washer MVW7232HW2 error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. I cleared the code and continued with testing and found the cold valve not fully opening. I gained access to the inlet valve and removed the water hoses. I found a yellow sandy substance in the cold valve screen and advised the customer of my findings. I found the customer has a water softener system and I recommended that they have it serviced as this issue will only get worse. I replaced the valve assembly and reassembled the unit and calibrated the unit. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11614513"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer WED5010LW1 taking too many cycles to dry the clothing. Upon further inspection, I found ths customer had a load in the dryer and the clothing was damp and there was condensation built up on the dryer door and drum. I verified the vent tube at the back was installed properly and had no kinks. I tested the unit with the door open and the door switch closed and found the heating element is illuminating in the back left vent area (photo). Using my vent test kit, I tested the unit on air dry and found the test failed as poor venting. I advised the customer of my findings and questioned how long they had been in the home and if the vents had ever been cleaned. The customer advised that the vents had not been cleaned and I recommended that they have a professional check/clean them as it's a fire hazard and should be cleaned once per year. Unit is operating as designed and no lint observed within the unit, job completed."

Arrived on site for start button not working. Upon arrival ran diagnostics found f2 e1 error control failure. Tried running normal cycle but start button not working. Replaced control and tested unit started button now working. Customer informed me unit turns on sometimes on its own recommended replacing latch but customer doesn't think issue with unit is the latch and just wanted control replaced. Customer will monitor job completed

Arrived on site for bottom oven bake not heating up at all. Inspected unit found in fact bottom bottom not working. When trying to pull unit out was unable to get unit out customer even asked me to stop. Ordering a 2 man job for this service call. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator JF42NXFXDE02 no cool. Upon further inspection, ths customer advised that the day after the sealed system was completed, the unit stopped cooling. I placed my gauges on the sealed system and found that the compressor was pulling into a vacuum and the high side was as well. I turned the unit off and pressures didn't change. Using my black light, I inspected the sealed system tubing and found dye on the suction line and oil mixed with it (photos). Using my liquid leak detector, I tested the area for leaks and found no bubbles and i could hear gurgling within the system. I called techline and spoke to Lakey and advised of the complaint and my findings. Lakey sent me a text to my phone and I provided photos of my findings. I also advised that I could hear a gurgling in the system and that I found oil in the dye. Lakey recommended replacing the suction line and provided Case #22071119. I advised the customer of my findings and conversation with techline and provided photos of my findings. I am ordering the suction line, compressor and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB and will return with all prescreened parts. Office to schedule return service and the unit was left turned off for safety. Arrived on site for unit leaking from drain hose. Inspected unit ran test cycle found unit leaking from extension drain line connection at hose clamp. Clamp was tightened to hard causing line to collapse at the connection. Replaced extension drain line and tested . Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. "electric dryer WED5620HW2. Customer stated the dryer would turn off mid-cycle and turn back on, or after cycle end. It would run, then stop again. Sometimes clothes came out damp. Ran diagnostics; no fault codes found. Checked moisture sensorsthey were fine. Thermostat was good. Asked customer if she used dryer sheets; she said yes and confirmed she cleaned moisture bars with alcohol pad. Advised customer not to mix loads (e.g., man-made fabrics with cottons/linens), as this affects dry times. Also, eco boost can stop the dryer mid-cyclerestart and turn it off. Wrinkle guard was on, causing post-cycle runs to prevent clothes wrinkling.advised cx to clean moisture bar with rubbing alcohol every couple months to remove wax buildup from dryer sheets. Checked oven cavity and found a drip mat on the bottom, blocking the vents and preventing proper heat circulation. Removed the drip mat; oven reached temperature. Verified with thermocoupleoven working as intended. Advised customer to place drip mat on lower rack, not bottom of oven. No gas leaks detected time service."

Ran the unit 5 times and found no leaks from the unit itself however, I did find the waterline have a slow drip causing water to fill in the pan slowly. Arrived onsite for microwave not heating. Customer stated he didn't a hard reset by leaving the breaker off for an hour and the microwave worked but returned to same state soon after. I checked codes and only found a F6E7 ACU communication error. Tried doing a reset for 5 minutes and issue still present. All other functions work besides the microwave option. "Arrived onsite for cooling issues. I found the evaporator frosted up and the cover aswell. Went over testing with PR and tested the defrost heater voltage. Found the heater recieving correct voltage but not heating, for repair i will need W11546981 Defrost heater and W11758890 Fan harness. Office to RS as harness is oos but customer also needs to defrost, I advised to put towels down and sign the water waiver, customer agreed.; ordrng 1 W11546981 (Defrost heater) and 1 W11758890 (Fan HRNS)"

Arrived onsite for unit not draining. I found the drain pump to hum but no water coming through. Drain pump is good. When speaking with the customer she informed me that they got a new disposal when they moved in. I checked the disposal and found the knockout present. I removed the knockout and unit now drains and operates as designed with no leaks. Call complete. No parts installed.
