Found 120 V from line one to a ground screw but 0 V from line one to neutral. Checked polarization at the plug and found proper voltage in polarization. Checked the terminal block and found the neutral wires backing out of the wire nuts. As soon as the connection was made, found the control turn on. Fix the wire nuts and the unit is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont fill. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that regardless of what setting they put it on, the unit will not fill. Ran the unit three diagnostics and found an F7 E5 (shifter fault) error code. Ran it through a diagnostic check and found everything working but when it agitated, loud sounds were coming from the washer, and when it tried to spin, only the agitator would spin. Check underneath the unit and found that the slider had been broken and was stuck, causing the issue. Replaced the slider with the truck. Stock slider (W10734521). Tested the unit and the unit began working and operating as designed. Call complete. ; used 1 W10734521 (Slider) from stock"

Replaced the dryer and charged the unit up with 120 pounds of nitrogen. Found pressures hold for 15 minutes. Vacuumed down the unit to -31 psi and found pressures hold for another 10 minutes. Charged the unit up with 56 g of R600. Plug the Internet and he began to cool and operate as designed. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit running a wash cycle and they pointed out where water had been leaking onto the floor at the front left corner area (photo). Opened the unit door and found dry water streaks on the left side of the door and found the left upper corner of the door gasket not sealing properly. The gasket was pushed in at the top left corner (photo) compared to the right side being pushed outwards (photo). I removed and replaced the door gasket and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."
