Removed cooktop surface and inspected all orifice holders and adjusted burner valves to create a change in low to high flame on burners that would allow a change. Replaced regulator for decrease in gas pressure periodically and to make sure that the interior of regulator did not have obstruction from plumbers putty. Tested all burners after repairs and all checks good. Job complete

Found left sink under counter with signs of leakage, wood under sink has been damaged previously bucket is underneath left hand side sink under counter. Back wall under counter has had water damage previously. There is a copper supply hose under sink not sure of where water is being supplied to but has extensive corrosion on it. Took pictures of flooring, under counter, under dishwasher, and took video while unit running. Customer will need a new supply

Could not get washer into diagnostic test mode and buttons were unresponsive although voltage was present to unit. Replaced console. Found F0E5 off balance, F0E3 overload and F6E3 communication error. Cleared errors and ran service test mode. All functions of washer check good through service test mode after console replacement. Started a normal wash cycle and observed. Washer is filling, drum is rotating and it begn agitating. Canceled cycle and unit drained properly. All checks good after repair and no water leaks were present. Instructed customer on proper loading and importance of balanced loads. Job complete

Arrived on site for no agitate. Found unit agitating at normal level instructed customer on cycle noises and agitation normal speed. Filled, agitated, drained, and spun correctly. All water connections dry. No problems with unit. Left leave behind forgot to get picture.

Wed7000dw1 Arrived on site. Checked dryer for no heat issue. Found open thermal cutoff. Heater and fuse check good. Replaced thermal cutoff and tested dryer. Dryer is heating and all functions of dryer check good after repair. No lint found in exhaust or vent hose. Advised customer have venting cleaned once a year.

Arrived on site for no operation. Found open thermal fuse and tco. Element starting to expand to touch chassis ground. Cleaned ducting on unit. Checked for correct temperatures. Timer is cycling off not sending constant voltage to element. Instructed customer that they need to clean house hold ducting as air movement seems restricted. All parms check correctly. Showed customer unit running and heating.

LER6620PQ1, Arrived on site for unit making a noise when running chedked unit and found that a screw suck between drum and front panel removed screws and checked and cleaned out all lent found from unit and tested unit and unit is no longer making noise unit chedked fine at this time.....
