"arrived on site to inspect dryer not coming on. Upon further inspection, I opened the door and pressed the door switch closed then turned the unit on. I could see the element illuminating and feel the heat as well. Customer advised that the unit will be on for a few minutes then the timer will change to .02 and then shut off. While I was testing the unit, the timer got to 1:03 and then dropped to .02. I restarted the unit and rubbed on the sensors and the unit continued to drop in time. I removed the console to test the harness and found that the sensor wasn’t plugged into the control. I reconnected the sensor and retested and the unit operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"(DZ) Arrived on site for icemaker leaking / freezing water. Gained access to ice maker and saw ice build up under the container, and on auger drive. Cleared off ice to see if drawer will seat properly, and it does seat flush now. Tested water filter with a bypass and verified increased flow without the filter in, showing a bad or clogged filter. Replaced filter and tested good. Advised customer to watch for any further leaking, since the low filter pressure was likely causing the inlet valve to seep. Please note - The locking tabs on the ice container body are broken, so container will not lock into place. No water leaks found at time of service."

I pulled the unit from the wall and tested ohms to the fan motor and it was open. I tested voltage from the control and it showed 118V. I removed and replaced the convection fan motor and retested and the unit operated as iced customer of my findings and repairs. Job completed.
