WRX735SDBM2 Arrived to inspect ice not being dispensed. The unit is running out of ice by afternoon and has average to lower average described use. The UI is reported to malfunction intermittently. I found the top of the fc door much farther out than the bottom and after further inspection, the door is mis-molded and causing the issue. The lower gasket retention channel is also mis-molded and allowing the gasket to fall out during normal use. There are signs of ice formation within the fc. There was excessive gapping around both the rc and fc openings and especially along the top of the rc. I sealed all gapping per MFG instructions and noted a much better seal overall. The right rc door was tilted to the left and I corrected and the unit was tipped forward slightly and required correction. WFG515S0EB1 Arrived to inspect oven temperatures. I started the unit in bake, set to 350 degrees. The unit claimed Preheat at 415 internal temperature, measured with a K type thermocouple. Bake reengagement occurred at 324 and completed at 376. The second cycle was on at 325 and off at 380. I advised the customer the unit is averaging at 352.5. I advised the customer to allow longer preheat times to facilitate more even oven chamber temperatures, 30 minutes recommended. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service.

I advised the customer on the importance of purging cold water from the hot water supply at the sink prior to use, the correct type and amount of detergent for their usage and the type and amount of rinse agent. The customer will try one tablespoon of detergent prior to our return for upper rack slides hanging up and corrosion on the door panel. The basket was very close to the back inner wall of the chassis and I centered the basket via the chassis leveling legs. The rotating mass no longer made contact with the cabinet during spin ramp up. I calibrated the machine via mode 52 and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

WED7300DW1 Arrived to inspect dryer getting too hot and now not running. The unit would only click and not start. I removed the back and found the high limit and thermal fuses electrically open. I replaced both fuses 279816 WP3392519 and inspected the element. The heating element 279838 was grounded within its chassis and I replaced it. There was excessive lint within the chassis for its age and I removed it. I courtesy checked the customer's venting within the wall and found it was blocked several feet above the vent tube connection. I advised the customer to have their venting professionally cleaned prior to attempted use. I verified correct heating temperatures and the unit cycles as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service and lint removed from cabinet

I found the burner top incorrectly assembled and the rear left and right burners were not attached to the oriface holders correctly. Upon further inspection I found both rear oriface holders had been incorrectly turned and the feed tubes were crushed. The gas type selector was incorrectly set on the regulator and I corrected and tested the oven. The oven now works as designed on bake and broil. Office to order p/n W10473932 LR oriface holder and p/n W10474162 RR oriface holder. I shut the gas to the unit off and all burner parts and knobs are in the drawer to the left of the unit. The customer was not available to sign the receipt. No gas leaks detected during service.

NED4655EW1 Arrived to inspect washer taking too long. I found the tub was not centered and almost touching the inner front panel. I centered the tub and re-calibrated the machine. Incoming water temp is 108 after one minute, recommended raising water temp to a minimum of 120 for soap to dissolve properly. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete.

I found debris within the oriface holder area and removed it. I removed and cleaned the oriface and advised the customer on cleaning of the associated areas.
