Toad climbed into housing and when machine started it through the belt off. Belt has been rubbed about 50% through, and will likely break if used. Ordering new belt for return. There were some gaps within the fc and rc door openings and I sealed them with mfg sealant. The ice chute gasket was not in the correct position and I removed it and remounted it correctly. During my inspection I found the fc door has started to warp and the gasket is not fitting correctly. Office to order p/n 13107111SQ dor-fip, ss. No leaks observed during service. WTW5000DW1 Arrived to inspect washer not working. I entered service test mode and found F8E1, F5E1 and F5E2 codes stored. Per mfg tech sheet I tested the lid lock switch and found the solenoid open in circuit. The tech sheet has the testing procedures incorrect, 1-2 is the solenoid and 2-3 are the switch. I removed and replaced the lid switch W10838613 and tested. The control W11116590 was no longer sending voltage to the solenoid and I replaced and tested, the unit worked as designed. I calibrated the unit and tested in automatic test mode. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

KitchenAid Dishwasher Model KDTM404ESS1 Arrived onsite for the dishwasher that has a sharp edge and it keeps cutting our legs. I replaced the control panel seal that was cutting the customers leg when the door was all the way open and they walked by the machine. I also replaced the control that had the tabs broken off and was found on the previous visit. There are no sharp edges and the unit is working as designed. Whirlpool dishwasher WDF520PADM5. Arrived on site to replace control and user interface for dishwasher. Replaced control and values are in her face is not a mechanical part on this unit. Tested unit and found a dishwasher still not operating properly. Noted L1 on main power line was not fully connected due to melted wire nut. Re-wired terminal properly and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. No water leaks were found at time of service.

WED49STBW1 Arrived to inspect long dry times. The customer was having to dry standard to small sized loads for nearly two hours. I tested air flow and found it very restricted, barely able to hold a piece of paper to the internal air duct. I pulled the machine out and removed the vent tube and the air flow resumed normal and expected flow, easily holding the paper to the duct. I removed a small amount of lint from the flexible tubing and reconnected the ducting. The issue persisted and the customer will need to have the vent cleaned to be able to use the unit. Operational test good, no lint within newer unit.

Arrived on site for oven tripping the house breaker. Tested upper oven by itself and the lower oven by itself. The upper oven ran for approximately three minutes and the lower oven ran for approximately one minute before the breaker tripped. Explain to the customer that when the ovens are running by themselves they only pull approximately 17 Amps which cannot trip the 40 amp breaker. WTW4815EW1 Arrived to inspect washer not completing cycle. I entered service test mode and found F7E1, F5E2 codes stored. I attempted an automatic service test mode and the unit would not operate the motor in agitate or spin. I found the motor connector at the motor side, not seated. I correctly seated and secured the connector and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for no cool condition. Found compressor running extremely hard and extremely hot but not removing any heat. Removed and replaced compressor. The unit started working properly. Customer will need to give unit approximately eight hours to cool to correct operating to correct operating temperatures. There is no water hooked up to this product. This is causing defrost water to leak from the fresh food section. Thawed drain and found no obstructions in drain line. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.
