Arrived onsite for the ice machine that was making too much ice but now stopped making ice at all and it makes a loud noise. I found the fill valve coil open not allowing water into the unit. I found the resistance on the bin thermistor way out of range causing the unit to not shut off when the bin was full of ice. I replaced the fill valve and bin thermistor. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Customer advised that the water lines have recently been replaced. I removed the back cover and checked the valve and it was good with no leaks. I checked the water lines at the front left corner and found that the water line was not fully seated into the quick connect. I resented the line and felt it snap into place in the quick connect. Tested the unit and no more leaks. I advised the customer of my findings. No water leaks at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for the dishwasher with door issues. I found the unit not mounted to the cabinet and not level causing the left side of the door to rub the tub. I found the water and drain lines were all connected correctly. I pulled the unit out and moved the wheels up to lower the tub. I adjusted the leveling legs and mounted the unit to the side of the cabinet. I tested the unit and it is working as designed. Nobody was available to sign the ticket. Call complete.
