I started the burn off process by removing the ground connection at the terminal block and setting the oven to bake at 500 degrees for 30 minutes. I was able to confirm the failure and upon further inspection I found the dryer was working as designed but using a borough scope I was able to verify through the venting of the home that there was a clog built up at the exit on the roof due to chicken mesh wiring being installed when the home was built and collecting all the land and not allowing it to escape out of the house, which will cause prolonged failure of the dryer until that screen is fully removed. Arrived on-site to test the unit for heating. Tested the unit and found that all components are engaging properly. The unit is heating. The customer's concern was a crackling noise heard while using the unit. I explained to the customer that the crackling noise may have been caused by food with a high iron content.
