I verified that there was ice in the bin. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the following modes...1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 15, 19, 36, 37, 45, 56, 57, 58, and 59 and the ice maker tested good. The customer advised that the ice maker had just ripped a batch of ice just before my arrival. I advised the customer test the unit is testing good and there is nothing wrong with the unit. I leveled the unit before leaving. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burners not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the back left burner was not igniting correctly as the spark would only spark in one place and not jump around as designed. Also, I found that the right front Ignitor is doing the same thing. I removed and replaced the back left burner head and tested and it operated as designed. I am ordering a burner head for the right front amid scheduled return service for 08/24/28. Customer advised that she might have something scheduled already, but will contact the office if she needs to reschedule. No gas leaks detected during service.

Will need to replace transformer, controls and user interface before able to verify functionality of other components. Will need authorization as well. Left breaker in off state due to electrical failure.

I disconnected the power from the unit, removed the water valve and drain pump hose then removed the unit from its place under the cabinet. I transferred all components from the old tub to the new tub and installed new tracks. Once done transferring all components, I re-installed the new tub with components under the cabinet re-installed the water valve and drain hose and then reconnected the power connections. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site for Noisey, intermittent operation as well as the unit falls out of cabinet. Unit is secured to a price of wood at the bottom right side of cabinet. That wood is split and no longer is holding unit securely in the cabinet. Today both drawers are working properly with no water leaks. With unit loose, it is possible that at times it allows water to spill and wer flood sensor. Customer will need to secure unit and then see how unit operates .

Model MHW6000AW0, Arrived on call for water leaking from bottom lower corner of washer, found no leaks from top or lower of washer but do see signs of sudsing and at top vent tube shows signs of over soaping and only water marks are from vent tube area running down the back area of the washer, found that customer is over soaping, instructed customer on soap usage, customer is on a water softener and so if using downy and plain was soap use half of number 1 on soap cups of each to prevent over sudsing, cleared all suds from inner tub, customer to use this soap instruction and see if issue returns, also instructed customer on cleaner due to the cleaner she is using is allowing suds to form, instructed customer whirlpool only recommends affresh cleaner or washer, no water leaks at time of serrvice, call complete.

arrived on site to inspect washer showing error codes. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit had water in the bottom of the tub as if the drain pump did not come on. I attempted to placed the unit in diagnostics, but the when I plugged the unit in, the drain pump attempted to come on but sounded as if something was logged in it. Using my wet vac, I removed all of the water from the unit and inspected the drain pump and found approximately five screws/nails inside the the outer tub and inside the drain pump. I removed and replaced the drain pump and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed with no error codes. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Model WRS588FIHV00, Arrived on call for ice maker makes ice and then melts and freezes a big block of ice in the ice bucket and water runs out the dispenser, found that ice maker mold is broken so when fills runs in to ice bucket, replaced ice maker and it flexed but did not return to home position, found wires broken at bottom freezer door hinge see pics, instructed customer that door orders take 6-8 weeks office will reschedule with customer., no water leaks at time of service. Turned ice maker off.

MVWX655DW1 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer lid cracked near hinge. Found plastic frame cracked near hinge and causing lid not to close correctly. Model WRX986SIHV00, Arrived on call for interior lights going on and off intermittently, found all lights are working but intermittently with one door open and the rest closed the interior light will not go out with all light switches pressed, installed led control and all interior lights are going on and off as they should, also found that adapter is forming ice at the back of it and ice room door seal has a defect in it will need sealer gum, white adapter kit with fan and ice door door, will reschedule for 8/21/18, no water leaks at time of call.

MEDB835DC4 (Dryer) - Arrived onsite to install dryer motor and wheel to dryer. Upon disassembly,found undergarments lodged in blower wheel housing. Removed obstruction and reassembled. Dryer now heats and tumbles quietly. Did not need motor nor blower wheel. Dryer vent and lint trap was clean of lint at time of service.

Model WRX735SDHW00, Arrived on call for not dispensing water or ice intermittently, Was not able to repeat symptom of no water or ice dispense but did find ice maker not making ice, had 120 ac volts to ice maker then i jumped the t-h on ice maker with door switches closed and ice maker would not cycle, installed ice maker and tested and it cycled and filled with water , also found humidity control drawer the slide on the shelf with roller came off the rivits on right hand side will need shelf with roller assem. And will reschedule for 8/21/18, also instructed customer for dispenser when calling for cubed ice only getting crushed to dump ice bucket 1-2 times per week to start new i e and should see this issue go away to were when calling for cubed only gets cubed ice and when calling for crushed ice only gets crushed ice, no water leaks at time of call.
