WOS51EC0AS04 Arrived to inspect low temperature and slow heating. I advised the customer on the Rapid and Standard Preheat modes and tested the unit at 350 in Standard mode. The unit heated very slowly, indicating 200 degrees after 10 minutes, but reading only 135 with a thermocouple. I tested and found the unit with only 122VAC on L1 and 0 on L2. The customer corrected the issue within the junction box and I re-tested. The unit preheated correctly and then cycled within mfg specifications. Operational test good.

Arrived on site. Replaced compressor,evaporator, filter drier and service port. Vacuumed and charge unit 4.9 ounces. Instructed customer to allow 24 hours for it to cool down completely. No leaks present. Job complete
