Found no rinse agent in the dispenser at time of service. Advised homeowner on proper water temperatures and that usage of rinse agent is absolutely necessary for proper drying. Also advised homeowner due to majority of plastic dishes in the unit and the way plastic transmits heat, that her dishes will not dry as well as glass or ceramic dishes. No repairs necessary at this time and no water leaks were found at time of service.

WTW8000BW0 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of loud rubbing noise when agtating. Removed rotor and found uneven wear and loose bolt. Installed new replacement. Rotated tub manually and could hear grinding. Removed rotor and inspected stator. Found stator has a high spot. Will need stator as well. R/S for 10/18. KRFF507ESS00 (French Door Dual Evaporator Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of no cooling issue in RC section of french door refrigerator. Removed shelves and found RC evaporator all iced over. Removed cover and used steamer to remove all ice. Repositioned evaporator thermistor to proper location. Secured with zip tie. Reassembled. Tested unit. Good frost pattern and air flow on evaporator. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

WZF34X16DW00 (Upright Freezer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of upright freezer not cooling. Checked pressures and found -25psi low side and 120psi high side. Evacuated system and removed evaporator. Found capillary side restricted with solder. Installed new evaporator and vaccummed system down to -25psi. Charged unit with 3.5oz of R134a refrigerant. Powered unit up and checked for frost pattern. Found frost pattern will form and then decipate away. After 3-5 minutes, frost pattern will form again and go away. Called WPL Techline Robert 12:23 EST and stated that there is a floating restriction on the capillary tube and heat exchange. System is down at time of call. Will need to call back to document findings and SR number. Unit is disconnected at this time.

Whirlpool dishwasher WDF560SAFM2 Arrived to check unit for poor drying performance. Put unit into diagnostics and found no error codes. Ran a automatic diagnostics cycle and found heating element to come on at end of cycle. Found customer is using a off brand rinse aid and using the 1 hour wash cycle which only runs the heating element for 15 minuets. Instructed customer on the use of a name brand rinse aid like Jet dry and different cycles to help with the drying process. Unit checks good with no water leaks.
