As well as the fact that the gas company came out and what was stated by them, was told by customer that they said it was too high and was adjusted to normal but did not state WCP. Was instructed that we will need to test range with manometer. Will need to test WCP at burner orifice with the manometer attached and WCP with another burner turned on as well. WCP must be between 5 and 14. If WCP is outside of range gas company will need to come back out. We will need to let customer know WCP to forward to gas company and when gas company is done they will need to state WCP. Will need to order manometer. Office to schedule. "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon further inspection, I found on the left side of the unit where water had soaked into the cabinet. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I removed the toe plate and found water under the unit and could see where corrosion had built up around the diverter housing. Once the unit filled with water and the motor came on, the diverter began to leak (photos). I stopped testing and drained the water from the unit. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested and the unit operated as designed. I also found that the upper rack stops were missing. Installed new stops and tested the upper rack and it stayed on the tracks. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. Upon further inspection, I placed a cup of water inside the unit and turned it on for a quick 30 warm up. Immediately, I could hear the unit moaning and then could smell a metal burning smell. Removed the unit from the wall and removed the cover to find the capacitor shorted and burnt. I removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor, & diode and retested and the unit operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Once the unit was uninstalled, I found mold on the power cord and the cabinet shelf that the unit mounts to and the shelf was damaged on the right side where the mounting bolt is located (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and she requested to leave the unit uninstalled as the builder was coming by the home today and she would have them take a look. Unit left on countertop, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had their yearly inspection and the unit would not get above 280 degrees. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps. My temp at Bake 350 was 458 degrees. My next five readings averaged out to 352 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and the temp reading there was 347. The customer advised that on occasion, their food would take a little longer to cook, but most of the time it’s right. I advised the customer to wait an additional 20 mins after preheat before they place their food in to cold to allow all the metal inside to heat up to give them a more balanced temp range. I checked the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit takes too long to preheat and there are times when the display will show wrong temps and after they unplug the unit, it will work fine for a few days then go back to not heating. I tested temps and it appeared to be holding temps around 350 just fine, but it took more than 10 mins to preheat. Customer also advised that they smell gas while it’s in use. I checked the Ignitor and found it is warped ad the arc is not hitting the burner correctly. Due to the intermittent heatings, I removed and replaced the main control, sensor & Bake Ignitor. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit has a black spot on the vent in the upper left corner inside and there was condensation inside the drum. I opened the door and pressed the door switch closed and turned the unit on. I could see the element illuminating in the upper left corner vent and the unit was heating. Using my vent test kit, I placed the test kit in the upper right vent and placed the unit on Air Fluff and tested the unit. It failed twice. I removed the vent tube from the unit and tested again and this time the test kit fell off the vent and the unit passed. I found the condenser coil packed with dust and hair. I cleaned the coil and the temp immediately started dropping. I heard the icemaker fill valve turn on but no water was flowing. I found the fill tube frozen. I defrosted the fill tube and tested the unit. The unit worked as designed and the fill tube had no water dripping after it cycled. I suspect the valve had gotten something in it causing it to weep which started the customers whole issue. This could had frozen the dampener open but the dampener is working correctly now. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, I opened the unit door and found a large amount of detergent/rinse aid debris built up inside the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit operated intermittently and when I opened the door to inspect, I found a large amount of suds and the dispenser leaking rinse aid. I placed my multimeter on the black wire and checked amps reading and found the unit element not operating a full potential dropping to zero amps. I advised the customer of my findings and advised i would be ordering several parts and would need to get authorization from their warranty.
