"Arrived onsite for washer making a noise. On inspection could not duplicate the noise, I flipped the unit up and there is no evidence of gear failure. Removed the pulley cover and found no oil, the spring in the splutch was weak making the clutch lose the belt was stretched out.I replaced the capacitor,the splutch and belt. I tried to calibrate the unit and could not make it go into calibration mode. Called technical line and they tried to walk me through get the unit into calibration mode without any luck. They sent it up to the engineer depending, they will send me a email when they figure out what was going on. Informed the customer that I might be back due to not being about to caliber the unit. No water leaks detected during inspection.Sr7736058"

Arrived onsite for a washer that the customer states is not spinning the clothes out correctly on every cycle and its making a different noise when its agitating at times like its weak and when this happens the clothes are not coming out clean. The customers daughter had just started a cycle when I arrived. The machine completed the cycle and worked as designed and the clothes spun out like they should. I checked stored error codes and found an F7E6 motor fault error code again. The motor is testing good from the control and the capacitor test good. I explained to the customers daughter that the only other thing that could be happening is an intermittent problem with the control.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is making the same noise as before when the previous repair was made, but has gotten worse. Customer provided a video of the noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and when the drain pump came on before it went into agitate/spin, it began to make a loud screaming noise. When I went to research the part, I found it subbed to the washer base. There was no photo provided so I contacted management to assist and was advised to order the part number from the drain pump and order the part number it subs to. I advised the customer of my findings and issue with finding the correct part. I am ordering the drain pump and base and CNOTE-RETURNING TECH TO INSPECT and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. I found no water marks on the chassis and no water under the crisper drawer. I found the center mullion dry and not sweating. I did find gaps between the chassis and liner around the freezer door that were never sealed at the factory and suspect this could be the issue. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have found water leaking at the bottom of the door on the left side. I opened the unit door and inspected the door seal and found the upper left corner the seal pushed inward. When I attempted to correct it, the seal would not stay pulled forward as it should. I found the drip pan below the unit full of water and cleaned it out. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I dried the door gasket before starting and at the end of testing, I found the upper left corner the gasket wet and some water running down the left side the tub (photo). I checked for error codes and found no codes present. I ran several test cycles and manual tests on the unit. Unit is both spinning and draining fine, with no verifiable failures coming from either function. Customer said the unit also sounds like the whole room is going to cave in sometimes, which also sounds like loads may be off balance. "Arrived onsite for a range to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the switch membrane and tested all oven functions and all cooktop burners. When testing the upper oven Ion broil after about five minutes the panel started buckling. I found the upper oven flue cap setting up much higher than the lower oven flue cap and directing the heat into the bottom of the membrane which is causing the issue. I also found the cap not rolled down as far as the other one. I lowered the upper oven flue cap as low as possible and tested both ovens at the same temp. I found the panel cover at the upper flue getting 100 degrees hotter than the lower oven flue. The panel and the upper oven flue cap both need to be replaced at the same time. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the ice maker in the freezer is working, but the ice maker located in the RC section is not. I tested temps in the FC=26 degrees & RC=37 degrees. I immediately noticed the UI missing digits (photo) and advised the customer. I found ice on the FC evaporator thermistor cover. When I removed the FC evsp cover, I found a ball of ice at the top right corner on the cap tube (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes on the ice maker in test 56 and found none (E0). I tested the ice maker in test 57 and 59 and it harvested as designed. Also found the RC evap drip pan badly warped and the deli drawer door gaskets were torn (photos). Also found the right RC door gasket torn. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a washer that is not spinning the clothes out in certain cycles. The customer stated when using the bulky and heavy duty cycles the basket will turn like it is going to spin but it never speeds up. I checked stored error codes and found an F0E2 oversuds error and F0E5 out of balance error. I ran the service diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. I found nothing wrong with the shocks or the springs. I went over with the customer running a clean cycle with a washer cleaner and went over loading and what to watch for when the unit starts to spin. I explained to the customer that we would need a load of towels to run and test the unit with if the issue continues

The customer stated they dispensed some ice and then switched the control to dispense water and the water wouldnt shut off until the icemaker was disconnected. I reinstalled the icemaker and tested the unit. I found everything working as designed but the customers water pressure was very high. I explained to the customer that the icemaker on this unit has nothing to do with the water dispenser and that probably what happened is he jarred the unit just enough when removing the icemaker that the valve closed. I turned down the customers ball valve at the wall to get the right pressure at the dispenser. All is working as designed.

I explained to the customer its possible that some trash had gotten in the valve causing it to weep and freeze the fill tube and then it blew itself out. At this time all is working as designed.
