"Arrived on site to inspect dryer operating loud. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the dryer was not making any sort of 'thumping ', 'grinding', ' squealing' , or 'rattling' sound but just louder than normal. I ran the dryer and could not replicate any abnormal sounds or operation. I ran an airflow test and found that the dryer has good airflow. At this time there are no definitive source of abnormal sounds. No issues found with the dryer. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not starting. Upon further inspection, I verified proper incoming voltage at the control. I tested the motor relay and found the control is operating properly. I gained access to the inside of the dryer and found that the thermal fuse had opened. I found that one of the connecters to the thermal fuse was not making a firm connection. I verified that the other components tested good. I replaced the thermal fuse and made sure the connector were tight and reassembled the dryer. I tested the airflow and cycling temperatures. All tests were good. The dryer is now operating as designed. W10909685"

Test oven and flame is blue but too large. Found shutter wide open. Adjusted shutter and test unit by preheating oven to 350. Unit preheated correctly. Unit is operating as designed. Inspected harness and terminal block with no signs of damage or grounding out. Replaced control(W11707168) advised maintenance to have tenants monitor unit and if issue persists recommend breaker replacement. Job complete.

I found the noise to be the motor running but no spin or agitation occurring. I checked underneath the unit and found no gearcase oil but when testing the capacitor I found it to not get a reading. Suspecting the valve is causing a vibration when calling for water but there is no water supply. Engaged a steam refresh cycle, within first 5 minutes a loud buzzing sound revealed itself originating from the valve. Advised customer to turn those options off until a water line is connected properly. Once water line is connected, noise will be eliminated. I verified that all gaskets are sealing properly and not air gaps present. I found that the divder fin in the rear of the unit was not making firm contact with the wall. I made an adjustment to the front leveling legs so that the air divider was making more secure contact with the wall. I verified that the ice maker is operating as designed and that the valves are operating as designd. I called techline to advise and report my findings. No water leaks observed during service.
