I tested the unit in diagnostics and found the cold water fill valve failing causing long fill and rinse times resulting in the machine to error out. I did find brass Y’s installed at the fill valves with hoses feeding the wash sink in the laundry room and advised the customer to remove them from the washer because they are prone to leaking. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit stopped cooling and the RC lights went out, but then came back on and is cooling now. I tested temps in the RC=41 degrees and the FC=11 degrees on factory temp settings. I found that the deli control light was off ad when I removed the control from the door I found a small amount of water in the cavity and corrosion on the control. I advised the customer of my findings and removed and replaced the deli control. Tested it and it is operating as designed. Both evaporators have good frost patterns on them and the unit is making good ice. Tested the unit in diagnostics and all components tested good. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes, found fault code F3-E1 pressure system fault. Ran automatic test cycle and monitored operation. Removed lid and found screw on back for top. Inspected suspension bars and analog pressure hose. Inspected gear case. Performed manual test mode, ran high spin speed and agitation. Added screw to top. All tested good at time of service. Arrived onsite for the washer displaying an F71 error. I found the basket turning freely. I ran auto diagnostics and found the basket not engaging in spin and the drain pump continuing to run causing the error. I removed the tub ring and could see clothing under the basket.I removed the basket and cleaned out all of the clothing garments. I reassembled the machine and tested it in the auto diagnostics cycle. The basket is still not engaging correctly. I ran manual door lock and spin and the unit worked as designed except for when the unit tried to brake it sounded like the gears on the hub were slipping. The hub needs to be replaced to complete service ; ordrng 1 W10820039 (HUB)
