Removed and replaced thermostat and instructed customer not to use unit until blockage is cleared. WRS325FDAM04 Arrived to inspect no ice dispensed. I found the ice maker appears to be producing correctly, but the dispenser would not work. The motor would attempt to turn the auger and after a revolution it would seize. The ice within the bin was clumped and mostly large solid mass in appearance. I moved the ice and the unit worked as designed. The cabinet required leveling and squaring and there was a lot of gapping within the fc and rc openings that I sealed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Whirlpool Washer Model WFW92HEFW0 - Arrived onsite for the washer making a louder than normal humming when you first start the machine and when it drains. I checked for stored error codes and found an F8E3. I ran the machine thru the auto test and it did go through the test but I did find the drain pump louder than normal. I pulled the drain pump off and inspected it. I found the drain pump screen completely clean. When I spun the impeller the shaft appears bent causing the impeller to wobble. I changed the pump and tested the unit. The pump is much quieter and the unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
