Upon further inspection, I placed the rack in the very center of the unit and placed my thermal couple in the center of the rack and began testing on Bake at 350 degrees. My readings were 312, 398, 323, and 396. The average of my readings was 357. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and instructed the customer that when the unit reached the 350 degree mark and beeped to wait another 15-20 mins to place food inside the unit. Also, when placing food inside unit, place rack in center of unit and place food in the middle of the center rack. Job completed.

Upon further inspection, I placed my thermal couple in the rc at the bottom, lowest area of the compartment under the crisper drawer and let the thermal couple read. My reading after approximately 7 mins was 38 degrees. I placed my thermal couple in the fc at the bottom of the compartment under a frozen food. After approximately 5 mins, my reading was 3.3 degrees. I verified that the compressor was warm and the lines were good as the customer advised that she felt the compressor does not come on enough. The Evap frost pattern was good as well. At this time, this unit is operating as designed. Customer advised that this unit is a replacement unit from Whirlpool as she had many issues with her previous refrigerator and wanted be pre-cautious with it. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon inspection, I tested the unit with my thermal couple by placing it inside the unit and turning the unit on timed dry mode. Unit heated up to 230 degrees as expected and temp decreased to 119 degrees then climbed back up to 228 degrees. I verified ohms at the fuse, cutoff and sensor. While testing, the unit was making a loud screeching noise. Upon further inspection, I found that the idler or tension pulley was weak and rubbing against the motor. Office to order dryer kit and scheduled return service for 06/12/18 LSO. No lint observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door leaking water from the water line under unit door. Upon inspection, I found that the water dispenser line was leaking at the connector below the fc door. Upon further inspection, I found that the dispenser water tube has been cut and was not seating correctly in the connector causing it to leak. Office to order WPW10279849 and WPW10238092 and scheduled return service for 06/14/18 JA. No water leaks observed at the end of service.

Model WTW8040DW4, Arrived on call for lf f8 e1 error code every cycle which is long fill error, checked for error codes and got f0 e3 which is over load error, f3 e2 which is water inlet temp fault, f8 e1 which is long fill, f0 e4 which is spin limited by water temp, found hot water is not dispensing at all and cold is dispensing as it should, disconnected hot side water supply line and it is putting water to the washer, found water valve is bad due to energizing but no water dispense on the hot side, will need water valve, installed valve/ housing and retested and all checks good, call complete, did run calibration after.

Arrived on site for no operation. Found customer had dropped something in vent so they removed the back of the unit to pull blower housing off, when customer removed back he also removed thermostat and did not attach it back on to unit. When power was supplied, the bottom wire was touching chassis and arched the thermostat. Will need to replace thermostat and thermal fuse. Will need authorization due to nature of how problem occurred. Susan assisted with parts and reschedule. Cnotes.

Model FFBD2412SS0A, Arrived on call for dishwasher not draining water and odor issues from the dishwasher,found that unit no longer has a draining issue it is only the odor from the dishwasher is the issue that the customer is still having, found that customer was not cleaning properly customer says prior tech did not give her the proper instruction she just poured vinegar in to bottom of dishwasher and automatically drained out when started cycle.customer to put and a 1/2 cups of white vinegar in a glass on top rack in the upright position and run through a high heat cycle to get rid of odors and if same issue to purchase dishwasher magic to clean the dishwasher again, no parts needed, call complete, instructed customer if issue still returns after using dishwasher magic to reschedule for service.

WED92HEFC1 whirlpool dryer Arrived on site to install part for repair. Bulkhead will not fix this issue amd problem is due to rigid duct puting tension on innner duct when pushed all the way back. When unit is pulled from wall noise does not happen. Was able to push a screw between back panel and inner dryer duct to prevent this from happening. If customer calls back with same noise it will be a customer instruct. Customer has been informed that in order to properly eradicate this noise a 90 degree fitting will need to be installed to stop inner dryer duct from being pushed out of place when dryer is up against wall. Made aware of proper venting and fire hazard.
