Did note customers drain backing up to the point it’s causing a syphon to occur on drain line. Advised homeowner she’ll need a plumber to come correct drain issue. In combination with a water softener the drain issue is most likely cause of leak, as excess sudsing would leak out of top of drain pipe. arrived on site to inspect fc ice maker not operating. Upon further inspection, I found ice on the Evap cover and on the Evap. I found that the fc door was gapped on the top left corner of the gasket. I adjusted the fc door brackets and reshaped the gasket and tested door and it sealed. I checked the drain tube for gapping and found that it was gapped approximately 1/4 inch. I used manufacturer approved silicone to seal the gap. I also found that the UI was not properly mounted. The customer advised that another company technician had services the unit approximate one week ago and failed to install the UI correctly. I mounted the UI correctly. I advised the customer to not open the fc door for about two hours to give the door gasket time to reshape and seal correctly. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect washer not getting clothes clean. Upon arrival the customer advised that unit is continuously not cleaning their clothes and leaving soap residue on the clothing. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit operated as designed and there were no error codes at the end. I contacted Techline and spoke to Andrew who advised that there is a service pointer regarding detergent residue; however, it does not include this model. Andrew advised that there is nothing more that can be done to this unit and provided me with SR#7722110477. I advised the customer of Techlines input and advised the customer again to cut back on detergent and to dilute their detergent every time they wash due to having a water softner on their water source. No water leaks observed during service. The part showing for this call was not on shelf at time of retrieving parts for today's service calls as it was not a part for this unit.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon further inspection, I found that the customer is using detergent pods and no rinse aid. I instructed the customer that using detergent pods is too much detergent for the dishwasher and the dishes won't get washed. I recommended that they switch to a liquid or liquid gel and only use no more than two tablespoons at s time. Also, I recommended that the customer use rinse aid and fill the rinse aid chamber to the top and watch it periodically to make sure it doesn't get low. The customers unit is connected to a hot water source on its own therefore they don't have to run the sink water until it gets hot then turn the unit on. I Iran the unit in diagnostics and unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not getting dishes clean. Upon further inspection, I removed and replaced the wash arm and manifold in the top tub. I tested the unit in diagnostics and approximately half way through the test I opened the drawer and found a large amount of suds in the bottom of the tub. I photographed for verification. At the end of diagnostics, there was still a large amount of suds. Again I photographed my findings. I ran the bottom tub in diagnostics and the unit operated as designed. I did find some detergent buildup in the ports of the manifold and wash arm of the bottom tub, along with some food debris which were not there at the last service call. I will ask the office to order a wash arm and manifold for the bottom drawer since the design has been updated and seems to dispense water more evenly as did in the top tub and schedule return service. Also, I advised the customer to cut way back on detergent; to use approximately 1 to 2 teaspoons in both tubs. No

Arrived on site and found Condensation buildup along bottom of freezer door gasket and on Mullian in between freezer door and refrigerator door. Found a large gap in between gray cabinet surround and white freezer liner, took one picture. Used sealant to fill in gap and this may stop condensation. Requested that apartment management continue to monitor refrigerator. A new freezer door may be needed, no water leaks from connections at time of service.

Model WRF560SEYM05, Arrived on call for ice maker not making ice and not able to dispense water, called for water at dispenser and valve is humming but no water and jumped l-v at ice maker and no water to ice maker but valve is humming, will order supply and dual valve and filter housing just in case, customer says that they have never replaced water filter so instructed them to replace water filter and test to see if gets water and if icemaker gets water with in 6 hours after replacing filter to call our office and instruct them repair is made and service not needed and did instruct customer if water filter caused this issue it would not be covered under warranty and they would be charged a service fee due to customer instruct is not covered., will use ice maker on return if needed., no water leaks at time of service.

Arrived on site for the unit has error code f6e1. Tested the unit in diagnostic and received error code f6e1 and unit will not spin. Found the MCU is defective. Quoted customer for labor Fl450 $199.99 and part is covered. Replaced the MCU and tested the unit. Unit works properly and all water connections were dry at the time of service.

arrived on site to inspect oven taking too long to heat up. Customer advised that the unit sometimes takes 30 mins up to an hour to heat up. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and looked for error codes. I found that it had an F1E1, which Tells me to replace the appliance manager. I ended diagnostics and placed my thermal couple in the middle of the center rack ,and began testing on Bake at 350 degrees at 0935. Unit never got above 308 and dropped to 281. Turned unit off and let cool down while I checked diagnostics again. I received the same error code F1E1. I tested the unit again at 350 Bake and the unit was reading 260 degrees. Within approximately ten minutes the unit began reading above 350 degrees. I contacted Techline and spoke to David, who advised that the control would need to be replaced because it's not sensing the thermistor. David provided Techline file #7722105557. Office to order control and scheduled return service for 06/04/18 JA. No gas leaks

Arrived on site for f51 and SD error code, found bearing shaft stuck to basket, clothing became lodged between seal and bearing not allowing for basket to break apart from basket, had to completely pull basket and tub due to not being able to pull basket off of bearing. When old bearing removed some plastic from tub were attached and tub was very thin near bearing housing but replaced Replaced bearing kit, checked for water leaks and found tub is cracked from so much wear from rubbing of clothing. drain hose over two foot down drain standpipe creating SD error, put in standpipe correct. Replaced tub assembly, found new tub is leaking. Will need new tub and authorization for a new tub. Discussed with Erika and Jordan. Water connections are dry. Office will need to reschedule.
