arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating up. I asked customer for POP but they could not find it. Customer notified Aaron's and I spoke to Jordan and he verified POP of May 5, 2018. Upon further inspection, I verified voltage at the outlet and at the back of the unit. I verified ohms at the fuse, and element, but the cutoff was open. I removed and replaced the cutoff and tested unit and unit operated as designed. I verified airflow with an airflow tester, as well. I found that the unit did not have any feet to center the unit. Office to order four (4) feet and top lock and schedule return service for 06/07/18 TL. No lint observed during service.

Tested unit and found right front and left front ignition switches failed and left front igniter cracked. Failures are all due to normal wear and tear. Due to age of unit burner head screws have welded themselves into orifice holders. All eight screws and all four orifice holders will need to be replaced as well due to damage that will occur while trying to repair the unit. Office will need to contact warranty company to verify authorization for repairs. Once authorization is received office will need to contact homeowner to set return appointment.

Upon arrival, the customer advised that a clip from the upper rack had fallen off and melted on the element but she could not find the remaining pieces to it. Customer advised that she did not notice the clip missing until approximately one month ago, at which time, she only found part of the clip and the piece she found was badly melted. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and unit operated as designed. I noticed that the customer was using detergent pods and recommended that they switch to liquid or liquid gel and only use no more than 2 teaspoons. I advised that the pods was too much detergent and could cause issues with the unit in the future. I installed a new clip and the unit tests good. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect oven not heating properly. Upon further inspection, I found that the oven is heating properly but it was preheating to 350 degrees in approximately 15 mins. I advised the customer to wait 30-45 mins before placing food in to cook. Also, I noticed that the oven door gasket is flattened and will need to be replaced. I found that the microwave light is not working and the customer complained the the turntable is not turning. Upon further inspection, I found that the microwave automatically places the turntable into the off mode at the start of the heating process and one has to push the turntable on select bottom in order for it to turn. Motor is starting with push to start, not stalling no noise on motor and is not showing as overheating. replace the timer and thermostats as stalling in certain position, can wear thermostats and cause erroneous readings. Replaced timer and thermostats. Unit is running for correct amount of time, no longer stopping in cycle. Units element checks good. Unit is ducted very shortly, duct clean good airflow. Arrived on site for previous technician Tested the unit ice maker and received error code E2 lost position. Also found excessive ice build up in the facia heater. Found no voltage to the facia heater due to the control is defective. Replaced electronic control kit and ice maker. Checked that unit had no errors and went through harvest test 57. Completed harvest. Unit called for water. Unit started ice production. All water connections dry.

Arrived on site for unit producing dL error code on every other cycle. Found that motor control is not always sending voltage to lid lock. Will need to replace much due to this error and lid lock due to intermittently working. Unit will spin when lid is locked. Found grinding on bearing during spin. Will need to replace bearing as well. Will need 2 hours repair time. Cnotes. Will also need authorization for repair. Unit is in a new home and on gfci. All water connections dry. Susan assisted.

Arrived on site for intermittently drying, ran unit through 2 full timed dry cycles, found temperatures normal. Airflow correct. Unit did not overheat. No abnormal noises. Drum turning correctly. Unit shut off, and when started in new cycle unit started heating again. Timer is counting down correctly. Venting clear. All parms check good on unit.

arrived on site to inspect washer running too long. Upon inspection, the customer advised that he had put bedding in the unit and ran wash on rapid wash and it appeared that the unit ran for more than 3 hours. He advised that the unit was vibrating very badly. I placed the unit diagnostics and the unit show error codes 8/6, 7/8, 0/3, 0/5. I cleared the error codes and continued with diagnostics. Once the unit was done, there were no error codes. I verified the rotor and stator were good and I tested unit in high speed spin to verify. Unit tested good in high speed spin. I instructed the customer on detergent and softner use as they were pouring the detergent directly into the unit and into the dispenser. I instructed the customer on the amount of detergent and softner to use as well. Advised the customer on size of loads and which wash modes to use depending on clothing and bedding. No water leaks observed during service.
