WDF330PAHS0 (Dishwasher) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dishwasher not turning on. Removed jucntion box. Found hot wire on dishwasher side had crease. Removed broken part of wire and rewired. Powered unit on. Unit now comes on as intended. Unit fills,washes,heats amd dries as intended. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Kitchenaid oven KODE500ESS02. Arrived on site to diagnose an oven that is blowing hot air out of the bottom. Tested unit and found no mechanical failures to oven today. Advised homeowner that the oven circulates air from the control panel out the bottom to prevent heat damage to computer systems in the unit and is normal operation.

KRFF507ESS01 (French Door Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of intermitten ice production,frosted fresh food evaporator and slow water dispensing. Removed filter. Found water flows well. Found RC evaporator all frosted up due to misplacement of thermistor. Defrosted ice from evaporator and repositioned thermistor. Reassembled. Food air flow coming from fresh food evaporator. Advised customer to replace filter. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

WTW5000DW0 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer making loud banging noises when washing. Tested unit. Found washplate bolt loose causing washplate not agitate and make the noise. Used blue loctite on bolt and tighten bolt to gearcase. Calibrated unit. Unit calibrated successfully. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.
