Back wall under counter has had water damage previously. There is a copper supply hose under sink not sure of where water is being supplied to but has extensive corrosion on it. Took pictures of flooring, under counter, under dishwasher, and took video while unit running. Customer will need a new supply

Found F0E5 off balance, F0E3 overload and F6E3 communication error. Cleared errors and ran service test mode. All functions of washer check good through service test mode after console replacement. Started a normal wash cycle and observed. Washer is filling, drum is rotating and it begn agitating. Canceled cycle and unit drained properly. All checks good after repair and no water leaks were present. Instructed customer on proper loading and importance of balanced loads. Job complete

Arrived on site for banging noise on spin cycle. Found basket is not loose. Found no saved errors. Customer states only makes noise on heavy loads. Loaded unit to half full of jackets and towels. Ran through cycle no abnormal noises on agitate or spin cycle did not bang on sides. Suspension checked good. Instructed customer on reducing size of loads when heavier material. Recalibrated all water connections dry.
