I found the exhaust hose crushed and when I attempted to straighten it I found there was a hole in the hose. I cut the bad section out and reattached to wall vent. Ran again and found the unit now cycling better. Instructed customer that their exhaust hose needs to be replaced and recommended having their vent cleaned to the outside to prevent fire hazard. WASHER WHIRLPOOL MAV9504EWW "arrived on site to inspect washer valve issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit will begin to fill when the lawn sprinkler system turns on. With the unit in the off position, the customer turned the sprinkler system on and water began to flow into the tub. Turned the sprinkler system off and I checked ohms/voltage to the valves and they showed to be good. When I removed the water lines from the valve, I found debris in the valve screens. I removed and replaced the valve and tested with the customer turning the sprinkler system on and no water came into the unit. I advised the customer that due to the water pressure and the age of the unit, it’s possible that the hammering of the water pressure could have caused the valves to fail and that a plumber would need to check the pressure and possibly add a regulator to the water supply. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS588FIHZ00 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. I checked temps in the FC=2 degrees and RC=41 degrees. I tested the IM in diagnostics and it harvested but at the end of harvest the tray did not finish level. When I removed the IM I found that y was loose and would not hold steady at the level position. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and it operated as designed. I tested ohms to the ice bin switch and the ice maker switch and both were good. I verified the wiring at the bottom hinge of the FC door ad all were good. When I took the unit out of diagnostics, I could hear the diffuser motor making a loud chatter noise. I am ordering the diffuser and scheduled return service for 04/03/19. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11164593 (DIFFUSER)"

OVEN WHIRLPOOL WFG530S0ES1 "arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, I tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees using my multimeter and placing my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack. While my multimeter was reading 180 degrees, the control display was still showing 100 degrees. I tested the sensor and found it open. Removed and replaced the sensor and tested and the display still showed 100. I removed and replaced the control and tested again and began to register the temps. At preheat, the temps were 490 degrees. My next three readings were 307, 410, 331 for an average of 349 degrees. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
