Arrived on site for an F20 error code. Ran unit in diagnostic mode and the F20 code appeared. F20 code reads that the pressure switch trip is not detecting. Unplugged unit and removed old pressure switch to find a crack in the housing; blew into the pressure switch tube to check air flow and it checked good. Installed new pressure switch, plugged unit in and tested unit. Unit operated as expected. No leaks found/all connections were dry. We entered the home via the garage door and left the home via the garage door. Notified the customer via telephone.

Verified line voltage to unit from wall outlet and line voltage from main control. Mechanically dryer checks good. Rollers, idler and belt sound good. Due to issue with elecronics it could be an issue with main control, user interface or both and it cannot be determined at this time. The user interface is Discontinued. To replace the main control quote would be- Service (DR310)-$149.99-Part-(main control)-$246.69. Advised customer that there could be damage to both electronics assemblies and recommendation would be to repalce both. Due to user interface being Disconitued I would not recommend further repair on this unit. Collected $108.24 diagnostic fee today. Job complete

KMBP100ESS01 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I emoted and replaced the interlock assembly and tested. The issue was corrected and I verified the switches had failed. During further inspection I found a lip at the front of the cabinet and it is causing the rear of the unit to drop down approximately 1/4 inch, flexing the front of the chassis in at the top and causing interlock switch failure. The installation will require either the lip of the cabinet removed, or a spacer equaling the height of the lip or slightly above, to be added under the unit. Operational test good.
