arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I verified ohms to the fuse and element. I checked ohms to the element cutoffs and found them to be open. When I pulled the element to inspect it, I found that the housing was burnt and about to crack which would cause it to not function; therefore, I removed and replaced the element and both element cutoffs ad tested and the unit operated as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect washer not filling with water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error codes F8E1, F3E2, F0E4, and F0E3. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. When the unit began to dispense water, it was a slow stream and the fill lasted longer than expected. The unit completed testing and showed error code F8E1 again. I removed and replaced the water inlet valve and tested the unit with no error codes and the unit operated as designed with no error codes. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon arrival, the customer advised that they used the unit on normal wash and the water was not draining. Opened the unit and found that there was no water in the tub but the usual water was in the filter reservoir and usual water on the sides of the unit. It appears that the actual complaint is it’s not drying. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes at the beginning. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. The drain pump worked as well. Using a cup of water, I poured the water on the heating element and it steamed as expected. I made some recommendations to the customer for use and care of the unit such as rinse aid, detergent and dishwasher magic use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect range not igniting. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the front left burner was not igniting properly. I tested all of the burners and all ignited as designed. I continued to turn the front left burner off and on and finally found that the Ignitor was not arching to the burner cap like it should. The arc was all over the place. I removed and replaced the Ignitor and tested and it continued to do the same. I replaced the burner cap and the unit operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed.

Upon further inspection, when I removed the front panel I found that the motor bottom mount had jumped over the chassis mount at the bottom and was causing the drum to not be centered. Once I was able to get the motor mount on the left side of the chassis mount and tested the unit, the unit centered and is operating as designed. Also I found that the console mounts were broken. I advised the customer of my findings and he advised other he would hold off on purchasing the console as long as the unit operated. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.
