Arrived on site for ice chute and motor turning on by itself allowing ice to drop out of front of the door when ice door pad has not been depressed. Voltage is being sent from ui to pads without depressing pads. Replaced ui and ice pad, Turned ice maker back on from where customer had shut off, unit was in harvest once turned back on. Ice maker was always making correct amount of ice problem was ice pad calling to open chute.All water connections dry.

Arrived on site for no ice production, ran cycle 57 unit would not harvest, test 45 would allow for water. Bad ice maker motor. Replaced ice maker. Verified unit called for water. All water connections dry. Collected $203.95 for ice maker on card.
