Model MGD5500FW0, Arrived on call for dryer not heating and vents have been cleaned, know unit is not turning on at all, installed ui and then checked for error codes and got f6e1 which is a communication error between ui and acu, f2 e1 which is a stuck key error, f3 e6 moisture senser open, f4 e3 restricted air flow vent is cleared and ui has been replaced due to burn mark on the control and all errors but the moisture senser error, went to main control on p13 and checked ohms and got open moisture senser, called office and spoke to jordan and office will contact customer on monday about service fee due to found a functional issue with the machine that would effect dry times, per sarah will reschedule with moisture senser on 4/16/18, dryer vent has been cleaned.

arrived on site for no water in dishwasher. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostic mode and tested. No water entered the unit. Due to this being a new home and new construction in the area, I disconnected the water line and flushed it out. Small amounts of debris was in the line. Reconnected the water line and placed unit in test mode and unit operated designed. Water pressure at the outlet seemed high. I checked the water pressure and it was at 80psi. No water leaks observed during service. Instructed customer on detergent use and care for the unit.

arrived on site for noisy dryer. Upon arrival, customer advised that the dryer was very noisy while drying. Also advised that the clothes would not get completely dry. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit cabinet was vibrating causing the loud noise. Also, I verified ohms at the element, cutoff and sensor. I checked the motor mount to make sure it was mounted properly. During service, I found that the dryer vent hose was not properly mounted to the outside vent. Remounted the vent hose and tested and it tested good. Office to order 4 noise pads and schedule return service 04/12 Erika. Customer requested 04/13/18 in AM. No water leaks observed and no lint observed during service.
