I ran the unit again with thermocouple inserted and checked temps. I found the unit cycling as designed on bake and convect. Preheat time is within spec. I gave the customer some suggestions on cycle selections and to try traditional cooking vs convect, to reduce direct heat. I could find no failures in the unit, and it is working as designed. Customer is not satisfied with the performance and behavior of the unit. On inspection I found that the neutral and the L2 were fused together, it looks like during the move the wiring harness was between the dryer cabinet and the cover for the terminal block and it cur through the wire covers. Arrived onsite for washer having a electrical smell. On inspection found that the motor was extremely hot. Had to get a towel to hold the motor as I removed the old one. I reset the thermostat and tested the dryer on high heat with the vent disconnected and found it cycling between 120-170 degrees. I connected the vent and found it cycling between 130-180 degrees and found the house vent clean. I let the unit cycle 10 times and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a leaking dishwasher. The customer stated that water starts dripping on the left side at the bottom of the door through out a cycle. I tested the unit and found water getting past the door gasket and running down the left door jamb then dripping on the floor. I found the upper left corner of the door gasket distorted and bending inward. I replaced the door gasket and both corners were protruding out but when testing the unit still leaked. The door has some wobble like it is high centered at the latch and strike. Need to replace the latch and strike along with the door gasket again all at the same time. Upon inspection I found that the unit would tell you to swipe up to unlock then it would ask unopened to update and when you select update or skip it goes back it swipe up to unlocked over and over again. "KUIX535HPS01 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I recovered the existing refrigerant, noting 45 psi in a room temperature unit, assuring the likelihood of no evaporator leaks. I removed and replaced the compressor, service port and non-dye drier and vacuumed the system. Holding vacuum for 15 additional minutes, I charged. During charging, the refrigerant tank ran out precisely one ounce short of the MFG prescribed 5.75 oz. The unit will require one uncle of refrigerant for a full charge. Watching the unit attempt production, I actually produced a reasonable slab and easily out performed the prior failed compressor. No leaks observed during service. Returning tech will only need to precisely add one ounce and two hours sealed system service are not required.; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I found no ice in the tray. I tested the ice maker and it harvested and dispensed water into the tray. When I pulled the u;it out to cycle power, I found a half dollar sized rust spot on the back panel (photo) due to insulation. I advised the customer that theres no timeline of when the rust spot will go all the way through the cabinet, but for now, it has not produced a hole in the cabinet that will allow warm air into the freezer section and cause cooling issues. I recommended the customer begin shopping around for a new unit and to monitor the rust spot keeping a close eye on the center of the rust spot. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out the water from the clothes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they removed water from the lower front portion of the bellow at the drain and their clothing still had more water in them than normal. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E3-overflow condition. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. I removed the top panel and rear panel and inspected the water level switch/sensor and air trap and the trap was clean and the sensor tube was clear with no holes. I removed the drain pump filter and it had minimal debris but not enough to cause the unit to not drain. Reassembled the unit and retested two more times and the unit continued to operate as designed. I checked the drain at the bottom of the bellow and cleared a small amount of lint debris. I advised the customer that Im not finding anything wrong with the unit and questioned about how much detergent theyre using. I found the customer to be using too much detergent and made recommendations on use and care as well as emergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water. On inspection found that without the filters in the refrigerator it would dispense water. Installed new filter head and with filter it still wouldnt dispense water. Replaced filter and it started operating as designed. Sold filter to customer

"KODE500ESS04 Arrived to inspect loss of power. Upon arrival, I found the UI displaying F9E0. Upon inspection of the power supply, I found the L1 connector had failed internally and was burning through. I advised the customer of my findings and to correct the issue. Unit is now operating as designed and ask tenant to allow unit 24 hrs to reach temps.

"Arrived on site for wall oven, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was oven not working and displaying error code. Entered diagnostic and found unit with error code F1E1, F3E0. Unit will need the main control and sensor replaced. Customer said they possibly have extended warranty and they will contact their builder first.

Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts. Replaced control and harness. Test unit by preheating to 350. Observed temperature cycles. and is operating as designed. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for Top dryer is not heating. Upon arrival test unit and dryer starts but does not heat. Disassembled unit to inspect heating circuit. All components check good, but only getting 120 to heater. Had to detach top dryer from bottom to access harness and relays. Found harness to relay not secured. Secured connection and test unit.

Arrived on site to test unit for leaking from underneath. Found drain hose was too far into drain pipe. Cut hose back and tested. Found restriction in drain tube causing water to back up and leak. Job complete.

Arrived onsite and determined the microwave broil support failed. Customer provided new support. Installed support short

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not functioning. Panel not responding. Upon arrival inspected unit. Verified supply voltage and was good. Disassembled to inspect and verify voltage at control

"Arrived on site to test unit for RC not cooling. Found evap motor receiving proper voltage but not engaging. Replaced motor, unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not properly cooling. I examined the freezer compartment and found ice buildup engulfing the evaporator. Disassembled the FC and checked heater circuit wiring and heater. I found the wiring and heater all working, with resistance at normal. Customer mister has replaced the thermistor, heater already. I found that the FC fan was also surging while running and didn't seem to want to stay consistent on speed or activation. Talked with SW about repair recommendations, which should include a replacement of the main control and fan to resolve DC voltage issues. Freezer fan also out.

"Arrived onsite for a wall oven that has a screen that will not respond to touch. Upon arrival I found this to be true I then power cycled the unit and found that it gained screen functionality back. I put the unit in diagnostics mode and found error code stored F6e0, I checked that all connections were good in between the UI and the main control and they were. I also double checked that the unit was connected to Wi-Fi and it was the Wi-Fi signal would fluctuate, but it should still be good enough for the unit to get its firmware updates overnight. Then I went ahead and performed a few temperature tests and found that the unit is operating as designed in bake at 350? for both upper and lower ovens

"Arrived onsite for a cooktop that is not igniting correctly. I found the burner valve switches defective causing the issue. I replaced the switches and the missing orifice holder gaskets. I tested the cooktop and found it working as designed. There were no gas leaks present at the time of service.
