"Arrived on site to test unit for RC freezing. Upon arrival maintenance manager stated temperatures are now fine, but there is a noise that sounds like a fan hitting ice every few days. Inspected unit, found fill funnel splashes water when ice maker calls for water. Installed fill tube extension (WPW10496649) from truck stock and sealed with silicone, fill funnel no longer splashes. Also heard a noise originating from the unit compartment, found cardboard is hitting the frame of the unit and is causing a vibrating noise. Added shims and pads under the unit, noises have been eliminated. No one on site for signature. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for grinding noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit began to make almost like a metal on metal grinding noise. Tested unit, did not hear a grinding noise but did hear the roller bearings and pulley wheel making noise. Customer stated thats what the noise was but a lot louder. Gained access to internal components, found roller bearings and pulley wheel seized. Replaced roller bearings, pulley wheel and belt using a repair kit (4392067). However when attempting to take the washplate off there is no budge and I could hear debris underneath hindering the washplate from coming off. Arrive downside for an ice machine that is making ice but is not keeping ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit started making really thin shavings of ice and then would not hold the ice in the container. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found very little water flow coming into the reservoir. I removed the filter and found water pressure restored back to its original flow rate. I asked the customer when they had replaced their filter last and found that the last time was before Chirstmas. I went ahead and replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. I found all other portions of the machine working and operating as designed. I advised the customer to change out the filter once every two to three months just to ensure they have no further issues. I ran the unit through a max ice cycle and found the unit begin to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W10897719.

"I arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water during defrost. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they are getting ice build up on the bottom of the freezer and is leaking through the door. I did confirm the customer's complaint and found the evaporator drip pan completely iced over, causing water to drip onto the floor of the freezer and onto the floor. I removed all the ice buildup inside of the freezer and steamed out. The ice in the drain tube and drip pan. I found the unit had a drain probe attached, but it was sitting in the wrong spot and not going through the bottom of the drip pan. I repositioned the drain probe and blew through the drain tube. I reassembled the unit, and the unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making noise. Upon further inspection, I found that the cause of the noise was some vibration originating from under the fridge. I found some debris under the fridge that could have been a cause for the vibration noise. I raised the front of the fridge a bit more, ensuring proper clearance, and the fridge is very slightly leaning back. I could not replicate the sound after making this further adjustment and removing debris. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not filling with water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code F4E3. I verified that the motor was not running due to being seized. I replaced the pump and motor assembly. I tested the unit, and it is now operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit located in a vacant apartment and the unit was plugged in and operating as designed. I cycled power to the unit and placed it in diagnostics and tested the compressor and condenser fan and could not duplicate any abnormal or all noises. I gained access to the evaporator and found no signs of ice build up and I tested defrost at this time and it is operating as designed. I pulled the unit out to gain access to the compressor and condenser fan and when I began to remove the rear cover, the unit began to make a loud noise as if the condenser fan was hitting something. Once I had the cover off, I found the condenser fan shroud had shifted, possibly during delivery or installation, causing the condenser fan blades to hit the bottom of the shroud. I adjusted the shroud and secured it to the chassis and retested and the noise has stopped. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service. Should the noise come back, a condenser fan shroud, motor and blades will need to be replaced. Job completed"

Using my microwave tester, I tested the unit for 30 seconds and my tester never lit up and I could hear a loud humming noise. Customer advised the unit made a POP noise the last time they used it. I removed the unit from the wall and gained access to the magnetron, capacitor, and diode and tested all 3. I found the diode and capacitor were bad and replaced them. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice and the interior lights are flickering. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin full, but the cubes were not fully formed as if the ice maker is not getting enough water. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 56 and found no errors. Tested functions in test 57 and found the ice maker is harvesting properly. Tested the fill tube in test 45 and found no water entering the ice maker tray. Tested the fill tube in test 19 and found it getting voltage. Customer had a new filter and i removed and replaced the filter and retested the fill tube and it continued to fail. Also found the interior lights on the ice maker housing flickering. Checked the freezer light module and found it burnt out. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the fill tube heater, UI, and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 05/05/25 (MS). "Arrived on site to inspect range tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the breaker to be a Square D GFCI breaker and was currently turned on. I found the unit installed properly and getting 240V at the wall outlet. I completed the following tests...Bake ohms=22, Broil ohms=15, Bake amps=10.6, Broil amps=14.99, voltage at block=244, voltage L1-N=122.1, voltage L2-N=122. Since the main control, Bake and broil elements were recently replaced, I performed a burnout on Bake at 500 degrees with the ground wire disconnected from the chassis and the unit reached preheat temps and completed the burnout. I allowed the unit to cool and reconnected the ground wire to the chassis and performed another burnout on Bake at 500 degrees and the unit reached preheat temps and completed the burnout. I allowed the unit to heat for approximately 20 minutes after it reached preheat temps. I advised the customer that if the unit trips the breaker again, they would need to have the breaker replaced and get a receipt to show the date that it was replaced to provide to the manufacturer. Due to the time, I was unable to contact techline or Safety to get my findings documented. I will contact them on the following business day. Unit is operating as designed, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave oven combo, making a slight, hum and or buzzing noise even when not in use but seems to be more noticeable when doors are opened. Examine unit and found that in its idle Standby state, I had no noise or abnormal noises coming from the unit. I did, however, notice that when you do open the door you will get transformer noise coming from the light transformer on the microwave section. This is normal due to the fact that that transformer will make a higher frequency noise, and this is normal operation. I let the builder know my findings and that nothing seemed abnormal, and everything seemed to be working as designed. I did also strongly advise that if they get any other abnormal noises to please contact us and record video. Call completed. Noone on site to sign for ticket."

On arrival I ran diagnostic and error code F0E5 came up off balance verified issue worn out suspension I checked gearcase part is in good shape no visible oil spills splutch was worn out and actuator needed to be replaced. I replaced suspension, splutch, and actuator then I calibrated and tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply."

Replaced splutch (W10721967) and actuator (W11212745) as precautionary, ran a cycle, unit is making a noise that makes it sound like the gear case is seizing. Gear case will have to be replaced along with a leaky valve, control and agitator. Ordering parts, rescheduled for 04/30.; ordrng 1 W11418231 (Agitator base) and 1 W11205048 (Valve)"

Arrived on site to test unit for leaking from water filter area. Verified leak and replaced damaged housing(WPW10394053). Unit now working as designed. Job complete.

Inspected unit, found shipping bolts have not been removed causing the unit to not dampen the laundry load. "Arrived on site to test unit for F3E1 error code. Upon arrival found F3E1 water level sensor fault error code flashing. Cannot enter diagnostics and no reaction from power button. Removed power and inspected pressure hose, found no kinks or restrictions. Inspected connections at the control and found the water level sensor connector unplugged. Plugged in connector and ensured all other connections are tight, applied power, error code no longer flashes. Ran a diagnostic cycle with all components properly engaging. "Arrived on site to test unit for drawer holding water. Upon arrival inspected unit and found drawer is in fact holding water and does not remove on its own when the drawer is opened slightly. Found buildup inside the dispenser. Replaced dispenser (W10862190) and tested unit, after multiple test cycles, drawer only held water once but drained out immediately when the drawer was opened. All the other cycles, no water remained inside the drawer. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on-site for washer not cycling. I verified the issue. Was getting f7e1 code. No oil coming from the gearcase. Resistance to the drain pump was OL. Found it broken at the pump. Replaced the harness w11643701 and cycled the unit. Everything is working as designed

"Arrived on sitw for range not turning on. On arrival found breaker had tripped per customer once bake was used at random times. On arrival found 246 L1&2, 123 L1n/L2n, & 0ng. Replaced w11182108 bake element, w10856603 broil element, and w11707168 control. Tested unit with ground removed to 500 then reattached ground and instructed customerto run unit for 2hrs. Unit works as designed. Call complete"

"WFES3330RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival client stated that the range would tripping the breaker when she tried baking. I replaced control board, bake, and broil element. I removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker . I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct product works as it's designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not producing ice, and ice was melting. Examined unit and found temps are good. Ice is in the icemaker, but its not fully formed and watery. Icebox fan felt weak as well, and unit had an E5 error. I replaced the icemaker and the icebox fan to resolve. Unit working as designed, no leaking found. Parts used - W11658802, W10846539."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer banging on spin. Customer had said that they had washed one load, and the unit sounded like it was gonna go through the wall and had walked about four inches. I examined the unit and found the cabinet had dents on both sides from the tub hitting the sides. I checked all suspension components and found no issues with the suspension, the basket, the gear case or the hub. Since this had only happened with one cycle, this indicates that the unit was off-balance and had excessive weight on 1 side, causing it to Bang while spinning. Advised customer on proper loading and to make sure that weight is evenly distributed or it will start banging again. I did verify there is denting on both sides of the cabinet going outwards, but it does not impact function at this time. No parts used or needed. Call completed."

"Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. I replaced the bake, broil, and control per service pointer. I ran the unit to 500 with the ground off and reached temp. I attached the ground and ran the unit to 500 again. Unit reached temp. I advised the customer to run the unit on 500 for atheist an hour and a half. Customer stayed they might have to leave and will run it till they leave. Call complete. Installed W11182108 ELMNT-BAKE, W10856603 BROIL ELEMENT, AND W11707168 CONTROL."

"WOD51EC0HS02 Arrived on site for a oven with error code F8E0. I set oven to 350 degrees and in two minutes the error code came up. I replaced blower fan , and two controls I set temperature to 350 again and now product is working as its designed."
