Arrived on site for washer leaking from back . Checked bellow and all water and drain connections inside and out . With back of unit off ran diagnostics cycle no error codes . When unit went into drain cycle , drain stand pipe would overflow on to floor . Unplugged unit to stop drain pump and let water receded back down drain . Had to do this several times to get unit completely drain of water . No water leaks detected with unit itself at time of service . Did inform customer

Tested unit and found upper rack rail on the right side has abnormal resistance at full in position and calcium build up at the top and sides of inner door panel. Contacted tech line and spoke with Kathy she advised replacing both upper rack rails to correct leak issue as rails are keeping door from shutting properly. Replaced both upper rack rails and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found after services were performed.

Customer states that water will pour out of dispenser intermittently checked for clogging of delivery tube to tub and found white build up from oxi clean. Dispenser to tub has only one hose that delivers inside of plastic front tub. Plastic delivery had residue build up. Removed build up. Have instructed customer to not use oxi clean in dispenser. Was not able to make unit leak at this time all water connections dry. Ran cycle 6 times to check for unit leaking from dispenser no leaks at all at this time.

WRV986FDEM01 Arrived to inspect noise and cooling issues. I found the unit had frozen previously within the rc evaporator area, but the ice had melted away. There was a large mass under the drip pan and I removed it. The unit was tilted forward and the doors would not close correctly. I leveled the unit and squared the cabinet. I tested the unit and found no signs of further ice and sealed door opening gapping. The ice bin gasket was bunching and I removed the ice maker housing and corrected its position. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Model WDT750SAHZ0, Arrived on call for not dispensing all the soap and not washing dishes, checked for error codes and got 4-3, which is pump motor is not running which was the only error, checked pump motor harness connection is good, could not get pump motor to fail at time of service, replaced pump motor for shorting intermittenly to were it is not running, checked operation after repair and no water leaks after repair, also instructed customer it is mandatory to run hot water at sink before starting dishwasher and switch from packs to liquid soap due to to much soap and start with 1 table spoon and if sees suds to reduce to tea spoon of liquid, heat cycle did come on in diag and dislenser door is opening as it should, no water leaks after repair, call complete.

Replaced actuator with prescreen from another call. ( 181602 guerrero) unit still doing the same thing. Called techline and was quickly dismissed and told belt was rubbing on pulley housing. Can manually spin agitator when unit is in standby. Diagnosed bad gearcase. Will need control aswell. Unit is overfilling and not saving codes. Pressure hose working fine. The compressor was very hot and making an odd noise. I removed and replaced the compressor, dye drier and service port and vacuumed the system. Holding vacuum, I charged with the mfg prescribed amount and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
