Also found that there were large gaps in the lower corners of the fc between the chamber and flange. I used manufacturer approved silicone to seal the gaps. No leaks observed during service.

Model WTW4815EW1, Arrived on call for start button not working and sounds like its draining but nothing happens, found that unit had no errors and polarity is good at the outlet, first time when tried to start cycle no lights lit on the control and would not start cycle then when checked for error codes got no error codes and lights started working and then ran auto test and still no errors all checked good, then ran a calabration and the tried to run a normal cycle and is know able to start cycle and lights are lighting as they should on control, customer says that they have 6 power outages in the past week due to the storms, recalabrated control all checks good, no parts needed, call complete, no water leaks at time of call.

When attempting to uninstall unit to replace i fiund unit is being held by the two mounting screws about an inch off of the cavity floor. Did not uninstall. Recommended contacting builder so unit can be installed correctly as to avoid any injury or property damage. Also found foil on bottom above hidden elemnt which has fused to the ceramic paint. This is a non repairable issue. Also informed customer to bring this to builders attention as there is nothin we can do to repair it. Ordering console for return. Part is an expart. Unit now running. Ran vent test inside unit per protocol, foundunit did not pass test. Attempted to locate venting output to check cycle temps and air movment but it is located on the roof of home. Informed customer there may be an existing issue with homes venting. If customer needs to run cycles of clothing more than once or if towels need extra time I advised customer the venting will need to be checked by builder or a professional. Made aware of proper venting and potential fire hazard. Collected payment via check.
