OVEN KITCHENAID KEBS207BSS00 Arrived onsite for the ovens that do no reach the proper temps and can not be adjusted up or down to the correct temps. I checked the temps of both ovens with the set point at 350 degrees. I found the upper oven cycling between 336-372 degrees leaving it with a 354 degree average temp. I found the lower oven running about 20 degrees hot because there was a 30 degree positive offset in the control. I removed the offset to 0 and tested. I found the oven cycling between 327-364 degrees leaving it with a 345.5 degree average temp. The ovens are working as designed. I went over temps with ms.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF767SDEM01 arrived on site to inspect refrigerator frost buildup. I found a large amount of ice built up on the RC Evap cover. Also found that the ice bin door gasket is badly crimped. I advised the customer that the unit would need to be defrosted in order to complete the repair. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting unit and advised to turn the power off to the unit and place towels around the unit to protect the baseboards from any water spillage. I am ordering the ice bin door and will return with all of the prescreened parts. I scheduled return service for 02/25/ring tech will need to seal the drain tube in the back of the unit.
