I pulled unit out and inspected drain hose, there was evidence that the drain was not flowing properly out of the house. Found unit on second floor and installed on drip pan that is unstable and causes poor connection between feet of machine and the floor. Instruct on proper use and care. No leaks detected.

Model WSF26C3EXB01, Arrived on call for water not dispensing and unit randomly beeps, found that display has missing segments of the water led and was able to get ice but not water so unmounted display and checked connections and when pulled out the right hand side of the display water led became fully eluminated so called for water and got water at dispenser, display has a short in it will need escusion and display control, will need autho for repair, office will reschedule with customer if autho. Is approved, no water leaks at time of call and connections on back of display board are good disconnected and reconnected them and still sam rissue no water dispense. Office to reschedule if autho. Is approved.
