I ran diagnostics and found F6E4, F8E4, & F5E1 stored error codes. By what I’m getting with the error codes, it appears something got under the float switch causing the unit not to fill properly and this could also be the reason for the drain error because the pump wasn’t under a load. I tested voltage to the pump and didn’t have the correct voltage. I homed the pump out and pin to pin on all three sets was 88ohms and the pump test good. The control needs to be replaced and is covered under the 60 month parts warranty. ; ordrng 1 W10866124 (CNTRL-ELEC)"

I continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I placed the unit in Rinse & Spin mode to hear for the loud “humming” noise and could not hear any unusual noises. I placed the unit in Drain & Spin mode and again, all I heard was normal noise. I advised the customer of my findings as she was listening with me and said that the noises weren’t loud like before. I recommended that the next time the customer hears the noise to make a video with her phone and call us back. No service fee for today as this is scheduled as a call back. Upon further inspection, I found that the water inlet valve is constantly dripping water into the tub and the unit is not on. I found a small puddle of water in the bottom of the basket. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested ad found error codes 3/2, 8/1, 0/4, which all indicate a failed valve. I remove replaced the water inlet valve housing and tested again and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed after service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I opened the unit door and found that the dispenser detergent door gasket was hanging out causing it to not function properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found error codes 8/2, 6/1, 9/2. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit began to dispense water into the tub and the motor came on, but the spray arms were not moving (error code F9E2). I contacted the office to get authorization to replace the sump/motor assembly and the dispenser. Office received authorization so I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and the dispenser and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. Due to the built up detergent debris in the tub, I recommended that the customer use Dishwasher Magic or a cup of white vinegar to clean the unit ad also recommended types of detergents and rinse aid to use to help

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF757SDEM01 "Arrived on site for no cool condition. Freezer temp was 64° and fresh food section was 46°. Although the temperatures were too high, none of the fans or the compressor were running. I entered diagnostics and were able to get all these components to operate. I unplugged the unit for three minutes and plug it back in. All the components now started running. The control board is defective and will need to be replaced. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX988SIBM00 "arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon arrival, I found that the customer attempted to defrost the unit, but there was still some ice built upon the Evap/Evap cover. I left the doors open to allow the ice the thaw out more while I removed and replaced the main control and UI per service pointer #W10772228D. Once I completed that, using my steamer, I removed the remaining ice ad installed the Evap fan motor/thermistor. Upon completion, I had the customer turn the power back on to the unit at the breaker and once the unit was on, I placed it in diagnostics and tested the unit. The unit began to operate as designed and began to cool immediately. I installed the Evap cover and the remaining parts I removed. The customer requested that I leave the shelving out to clean. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Inspected gasket and liner. Found gaping between cabinet and liner in both compartments. Unit will need to have the cabinet sealed to the liner with silicone around both compartments and the light switch replaced. Unit will also need both rails replaced as well to repair.
