Found unit still having same issue. Contacted tech line and spoke to Bruce found that the electrical supply to the actual unit is at fault. DRYER WHIRLPOOL MED8200FC2 "arrived on site to inspect dryer leaking water from door. Upon further inspection, the customer showed me a video of the dryer operating and water leaking from the bottom of the door. I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error code F4E3 (restricted airflow). I tested the steamer and it sprayed well. The water from the spray collected at the bottom of the door between the seal and the chassis and over time, it began to leak. I replaced the seal and tested again and no leak. I believe that due to the restricted airflow, it’s causing too much pressure inside the unit and is forcing the water out through the seal on the door. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended that they have someone check their dryer vents and make sure there is no blockage anywhere inside the walls in the vent tube. No water leaks observed at the end of service and no lint observed during service. Job completed."

REFRIGERATOR GE GSS25WSTMSS "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker in the off position. I turned it on and the unit began to harvest and at the end of harvest it dispensed water inside the ice maker. I advised the customer and they advised that they had turned it off due to ice building up at the opening of the ice bin. I advised the customer that sometimes the ice door will get jammed with ice and cause it to stay open which in turn it will allow warm airflow inside the ice bin and cause the ice inside the ice bin to melt. When the jam is removed the remaining water/ice in the ice bin will freeze and cause the ice buildup at the opening of the ice bin. I also found that the water dispenser tube was frozen. I found that the ice door is closed all the way. I disconnected the tube from the main water line at the bottom of the door and depressed the dispenser flapper and water came out of the main

Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and all operated as designed except for the middle burner. When I turned the knob and ignited the burner the flame was good until I turned the knob to simmer then back to Medium the flame began to spit and went out. I could not hear any gas at that point. I removed the orifices ad cleaned them out and tested again and got the same results. I removed and replaced the valve and tested and the unit operated as designed. I turned the unit on and inspected the evaporator and found no frost pattern on the bottom of the evaporator. I checked ohms on the compressor and my readings were AC 5.1, AB 3.6 and BC 8.3 which tells me that the compressor is weak and will need replacing. I am ordering the compressor, evaporator, start device, drier, access valve, and discharge tube due to the amount of oxidation on the tube. I am requesting a 2 hour job.
