Tested the unit and found that the door sits too low which could be causing the warm airflow into the fc chamber and causing ice buildup. Model WRS325FDAM04, Arrived on call for unit producing frost and ice, found ice maker mount broken on bottom of ice maker and when forcing ice maker found gearing is stripped in it and ice maker bucket is broken, also temps were not correct in fresh food found ice buildup in damper so cleared ice and also found i emaker bucket was not installed correctly and lower freezer bin to far forward causing freezer door not to close properly installed ice bin and adjusted food to allow lower bin in freezer to be back far enough for freezer door to close properly and also sealed were inside liner meets outer cabinet on both sections and control adjustment for damper the lever that goes on knob came out of track so put it back on and know is getting proper air flow to the fresh food section so set controls to mid setting and instructed customer to allow for 24 hours for proper temp in fresh food section, also freezer light is out and fresh food leds are dim will order all led lights and icemaker

WRF767SDEM Arrived on site. Found heavy frost buildup in freezer section. Frost is along ceiling of freezer section and along rails. Icicles formed along gasket were not allowing door to seal. Also found top of door kicked out and handle loose allowing airflow through top of door. Adjusted T brackets so door is flush. Gasket checks good on corners. After adjustments gasket is properly compressed. Removed door and drawer and removed all ice. Unit has already been sealed cabinet to liner. Leveled chassis and doors. After all adjustment all checks good and no water leaks. Advised customer push freezer door closed completely and remove any beginning ice. Job complete

arrived on site to inspect washer dripping water into tub when not in use. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and the unit operated as designed but had error code 8/6. When I first opened the door to the unit, I found that water was dripping from the water inlet dispenser area. I removed the water hoses to the valve and found a large amount of deposit within the hoses. I found a small amount inside the valves. I removed and replaced the water inlet valve and due to the amount of deposits built up inside the hoses, the customer opted to not place the hoses back on so that they could purchase new hoses. The hoses were left unconnected and the customer will reconnect at a later time. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dryer making loud noise. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and immediately it made a loud grinding noise. I found that the dryer wheel had a large amount of lint and debris within the wheel itself. I removed the debris and vacuumed the remaining lint and debris out of the housing and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. Customer vacuumed the remaining lint debris out of the unit due to unit being out of warranty. Job completed.

Model WDT730PAHZ0, Arrived on call for dishwasher not drying dishes, checked for error codes and got f5 e1 which is a door stuck open error, door switch checks good, found no other errors, found that customer is not running hot water at sink before starting dishwasher which is mandatory, had to run hot water at sink for about 5 min before water temp got to 120 degrees, also found customer is using to much soap it is forming a layer of suds in bottom of the dishwasher, heater element is coming on and pulling 7.3 amps which is good, customer to switch to liquid soap and start with 1 table spoon of liquid and if still sudsing after 5 min. Of sloshing reduce to 1 tea spoon of liquid and rinse aid set it to 1 at the lowest setting on dispenser and must run hot water at sink before starting dishwasher, no parts needed, no water leaks at time of call, call complete.

KSC24C8EYY02 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the fc at 30 degrees and the rc at 45. The unit has been having troubles freezing items such as ice cream for several weeks and had been getting worse. I found the discharge tube too cool at approximately 12 inches from the compressor and the compressor was very hot. I removed and replaced the compressor and rc evap, including the dye drier and service port and pulled vacuum in the system for 15 minutes. After monitoring for an additional 15, I charged the unit with the mfg’s prescribed charge amount and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
