"Arrived on site for a range that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will never reach preheat when they try to bake and that it is tripping the breaker. They advised that they can use the cooktop, however. I went ahead and replaced both bake and broil elements. I detached the ground wire and activated both bake and broil elements. After both got red hot, I turned the unit onto a bake cycle at 450?F. I ran the cycle for 25 minutes and reattached the ground wire. I advise the customer to continue letting the unit bake for another two hours per management request. "KRFC704FBS05 Arrived to inspect loss of water and cooling issues. I found the filter head assembly had frozen and during disassembly, thawed in its own with water flow returning. I found the supply line heater in working order and verified via thermography. The heater was not fully wrapped around the supply tube at the base of the housing and I corrected. The customer advised the temperatures had remained the same as prior, having large swings up and then cooling off to normal after some time. I found elevated temperatures within the cabinet area, as prior. I removed and replaced the Orion, HV control and frontal UI. Arrived on site for oven not reaching set temperature. Customer said that it takes 45 minutes to get to 375?. Went to pull unit out of cabinet and the pug tail is mount 3 1/2 ft above the oven. I could only pull it out about half. There was 248 going to the control board and 175vac coming out to the bake element. With the new control board it heated to 400? in 14 minutes. W11649350

Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop that has all burners clicking when any knob is turned. Confirmed this on arrival. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with the door open and the door switched closed and Timed Dry selected. Once the unit turned on, I found the element was not illuminating in the back right corner vent. I disassembled the unit to gain access to the element and removed the element to find the middle metal plate cracked and badly warped and the coil broken. Also found a large amount of lint inside the unit (before photo). I removed and replaced the element and cleaned the unit (after photo) and reassembled. Retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I recommended the customer have a professional check/clean the vent. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed. WP3387747"

"WSR57R18DM02 Arrived to inspect no cool. I verified the issue and inspected. Finding no dye in any of the sealed system areas I proceeded to remove the unit from the mounting. I discovered the prior installed service port valve stem had failed and there was dye all over the stem and cap. I replaced the stem with another new one and vacuumed the system, able to achieve 280 microns and then recharged. The unit started cooling as expected and no other issues were found. Due to the sealed system replacement, I am warranting this service. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised if the unit does heat but that the unit seems to shut off within a minute and a half at various points. They advised that its not happening all the time, but that it is inconsistent with drying the clothes. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working as designed with the cavity light turning on when the moisture sensors were touched in sequence. I ran the unit on a timed dry high heat cycle for 10 minutes and found the unit tumbling and heating as designed. I did inform the customer that the issue that they may be having is with the load sizes and explained that the moisture sensors need to be activated consistently by moisture in order for the auto sensing to work properly. I did advise them that mixed loading, light loads, or bulky loads maybe do better on a timed dry cycle and they may have more consistency with how their clothes dry. I did advise them that this is normal operation and that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"WRX735SDHZ08 Arrived to install previously ordered parts. The FC was at 4 F and the RC 36. I verified no airflow from the evaporator fan assembly and inspected. The fan blade had dislodged and the neutral wire within the harness was not fully seated. After correcting both issues, the fan operated without fail in service and customer modes. I heat treated the door gasket and removed and replaced. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"This unit is upstairs. Complaint is that refrigerator does not go below 60. Found evaporator coil frozen over, removed evaporator cover. Found defrost heater was disconnected. Reconnected and confirmed heater operation. Cleared coil. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not dispensing, upon initial inspection I found that the unit would not drain. I found that the cause of this was the disposal punch out seal not being removed. I removed the knock out and unit drained as designed. I placed unit into diagnostics to check all functions. Are functions are operating as designed including dispenser. I can conclude that the unit had timed out during its initial drain and did not complete the cycle, leaving the detergent in the dispenser. No parts installed. No water leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to test unit for freezing in RC. Found diffuser not closing. Replaced faulty diffuser assembly(W11645127). Advised customer to monitor. No leaks detected. Unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for dispenser door is broken. Upon arrival, inspected unit and confirmed issue. Need to replace dispenser. Replaced dispenser W10861000. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for LR burner getting hot while oven in use. Heated oven to 400 with no issues. Advised customer of vent design located directly underneath LR burner. Had LR burner removed while heating oven. When assembled LR burner found other burners starting to get warm. Advised that with burner base on the heat is dispersing over the inside of cooktop and venting from bases causing them to get warm. Issues is part of normal operation. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer with broken knob. Upon further inspection, I found the dryer knob stem was cracked and the timer windings bound up causing the knob to break. Per service pointer #W11693378A, the timer and knob should be replaced together and covered under Special Project code S15110. I removed and replaced the timer and knob and tested and unit is operating as designed. No charge for todays services as this repair falls under the AEX one yr warranty. Arrived on site for unit not making ice. Found icemaker cycles and valve activates but water did not come through. Unit was frozen in fill tube and top of icemaker also frozen. Fill tube separated in back. Steamer broke so unable to clear ice. Sealant needs to be added to fill tube to prevent air flow migration. Attempted to enter test mode and user interface no longer responded. Making loud noise from user interface. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the RC section cool, but not cold and no airflow. When I checked the FC section, I found a large amount of ice/frost built up on the FC evap cover (photo). Also found ice on the left rail (photo). I advised the customer that the freezer door had been left open at some point and allowed warm air inside and cold air to escape then once the door closed fully, the condensation that built up from the warm/cold air mixing froze creating the ice build up. Due to the amount of ice/frost, I recommended the customer unplug the unit and allow it to defrost for at least 24 hours. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component listed in the tech sheet and found all components operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out clothing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E1-stuck key. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit is operating as designed. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and checked for new codes and found none. I found the customer is using the incorrect detergents (pods, sprinkles, & softener altogether). I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and softener use. Recommended the customer perform a few wash cycles and monitor performance and notify our office of any failures. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed water line(W11233369) and fitting(WP2300868). No water line provided from wall valve to unit. Unable to test due to no water line. Left unit pulled out per customer request. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer lid not locking properly. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated how they have to hold the lid down in order for the lid lock to engage. I placed the unit in diagnostics and manually tested the lid lock and found that it will latch, but it wont unless someone or something is holding the lid down. I gained access to the hinges and control and removed and replaced the lid lock assembly and retested and got the same results. It appears the lid was allowed to open too far back stretching the hinge springs and lose tension. I am ordering the hinges and lid and scheduled return service for 08/09/24 AM call. "Arrived on site to test unit for broken ice maker. Inspected unit found ice container has a gaping hole in the front and the ice makers bail arm has broken off. Replaced ice maker (W11557001) and ice container (W10910401). Ran tested 120 passed all functions. Ran tested 96 and then 97 ice maker filled properly. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site for surface light not working . Halogen bulb looked in good shape . Found loose wire on control connection . Replugged wire in molex connection . Surface light is functions normally . Job complete. No parts installed

"Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Upon arrival customer stated unit stopped heating, then eventually all power went out. Removed power cord and tested outlet, outlet is receiving proper voltage. Removed terminal block cover and found L1 wire completely burned through on the power cord and harness. All sensors reading good. Replaced terminal block (279320) and installed customer provided power cord, unit is now running as designed, job complete."

Arrived inside for unit not making ice. On arrival inspected and found unit is making ice but was not dispensing. Found spindle locked. Cleared ice and corrected spindle. Tested and unit is functioning properly. Unit harvested another batch of ice during testing. Job complete. No parts used.

"FC 39, RC 61 and the evaporator was completely filled with frost. There was no ice anywhere near the defrost element and that denoted the unit had never attempted defrost. Testing showed the defrost thermistor open and after letting it set for a few minutes with the evaporator cover off, it started to register with the control. I corrected the wiring harness placement and ensured the pins were fully connections within the plastic connector assemblies. I removed all frost from the unit. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to follow up on unit not responding to commands and constantly running drain. I checked the lower harness connection at the back and found the molex connector was not fully seated and clipped in, so it was making intermittent contact. I corrected this connector and tested. I found the unit is still trying to drain. I disconnected the pressure line at the control and junction, and could not blow through the UPPER SECTION. Lower harness section was fine. I adjusted the line and was able to blow through. Once I reset everything and reconnected, issue persisted and I again couldn't blow through the line when disconnected. Ordering an upper harness with pressure hose to resolve the hose pinching, which should be the only thing needing to resolve unit. Office to schedule. ; ordrng 1 W11662155 (Upper Harness)"
