Arrived on site to diagnose oven for customer concern that the unit was venting warm/hot air into the interior of the home. Tested the oven and inspected the venting system. Found the unit operating as designed with no error codes or abnormal operation present. Advised the customer that the oven is equipped with a cooling fan designed to circulate air around the oven cabinet and help keep the electronic components and surrounding areas at the proper operating temperature. During operation, the cooling fan exhausts warm air from the oven cabinet through the factory-designed vent located near the bottom/front of the unit. Showed the customer the location of the oven vent and explained the normal airflow during cooking and cooling. Customer stated she was unaware that the oven vents into the room and believed the heat would be vented to the exterior of the home. I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I recommended to contact a gfci breaker company for information on the correct gfci breaker. I also recommended to leave the oven on for one hour.

Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW5057LW1 making a loud rattling noise. Upon further inspection I gained access to the underside of the machine and found that the drain pump harness cover had failed and had snagged the harness and caused damage to the harness. MVWX655DW1 Arrived on site for a washer making nosies. On arrival, I verified the sounds. Further inspection I found the nut to hold the splutch wasnt on the gearcase. Making the splutch loose . I used my own truck stock and inspected the splutch. First, all was good, then tightened the new nut . I calibrated then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator KRMF536RPS01. Found the evaporator completely frozen. I put it in manual defrost but wasnt getting proper voltage at the control so I installed a new control w11753078 and retested. Getting good voltage now. Checked for any blockage in the drain tube but its good. I advised the customer to thaw for a minimum of 48 hours as it wasnt fully defrosted from the previous issue. Also advised to use towels for overflow. No leaks detected while on site

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRSF5536RB00 that is frosting up in the icemaker and is leaking from the ice dispenser. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the temperature keys are hard to change and the main issue she has is the frost under the ice bucket. She says she has to remove the ice to get the ice bucket back in. I found minor evidence of ice build up in the ice bucket housing. I checked the ice door and found a slight air gap from the ice door. I found i could push it closed but the flap would drop as soon as I let it go. I tested the ice door and found the ice door was malfunctioning. Ordering the ice door and rescheduled the customer to 8/14. No parts were installed and no leaks were present during service. ; ordrng 1 W11098702 (Ice door)

Arrived on site to diagnose washer MVWB450WQ0 throwing OL code. Examined and tested unit. Found on drain and spin the unit will spin. If you try and run in diagnostic unit will fill and throw the OL and stop. Removed wash plate and found basket is seized on the bearing / shaft. I tried to get basket free, but it will not budge. Since this is the floating basket model, will need to use jack/22 2x4, or a tool to pull the basket off the bearing and be cleaned up. This should restore function. Talked with PR who advised to also have the customer use some CLR mixed with hot water to see if it breaks down the buildup. Customer will follow up if this fixes it, if not return visit is set for 8/14. Arrived on site to diagnose unit for not responding or powering on correctly. Verified incoming power to the unit and confirmed the unit was receiving the correct voltage.Continued troubleshooting by inspecting the wiring and connections at the control board. Found the black power wire going to the control board was broken, preventing proper power from reaching the control and causing the unit to be unresponsive. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDT751SAPZ1 not cleaning the dishes. Upon further inspection, I found the drain filter not seated properly and the lower spray arm was stuck on the filter. I adjusted the filter and screen and re-seated it. I found the spray arm ports clogged with debris and attempted to clean them out from the upper and lower spray arms. Tested the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and found the upper spray arm is not turning. I attempted to turn it by hand and found it giving resistance and not wanting to turn. Im ordering the manifold and upper spray arm and will return with all prescreened parts. I scheduled return service for 08/13/26. Tested the oven and found the oven thermostat/temperature sensor was reading approximately 110F while the oven was at room temperature, indicating the thermostat was providing an inaccurate temperature reading. Replaced the faulty thermostat and reassembled the unit. Tested oven operation by setting the bake temperature to 350F and allowing the oven to cycle normally. Monitored the temperature through multiple heating cycles to determine the average operating temperature. The oven averaged approximately 347F when set to 350F, which is well within the manufacturers acceptable temperature range. Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher for customer concern of a loud squeaking noise during operation. Ran the dishwasher through a diagnostic/test cycle to duplicate the concern. During testing, confirmed a loud squeaking/grinding noise coming from the wash motor area while the circulation motor was operating. Removed the necessary components to access the sump and motor assembly. Inspected the assembly and determined the internal wash motor was causing the abnormal noise. Removed the defective sump and motor assembly and installed the replacement assembly.Reassembled the dishwasher and ran the unit through a complete test cycle. Verified the dishwasher is filling with water, circulating/washing properly, and draining correctly. The previous squeaking noise is no longer present, and the wash motor is operating smoothly and quietly. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRF767SDHZ03 ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=26 degrees. I disassembled the FC section and gained access to the evaporator to find a ball of ice at the cap tube in the upper right corner of the evaporator and condensation at the top of the FC section above where the ball of ice is located telling me theres a possible air leak. The evaporator had a complete frost pattern, as well. When I went to pull the unit out ahd removed the toeplate, I found the condenser coils completely engulfed with lint and debris. The customer vacuumed the coils while I retrieved my floor protector and other tools. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and gained access to the compressor. I tested pressures with my gauges and found running pressures at -11/80 psi. I checked for leaks and found none. Using my steamer, I removed the ball of ice and cleaned up the water that sprayed and reassembled the FC section. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit for the next 24-48 hours and if the unit isnt cooling properly or making ice properly to call l it in for service. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site to inspect dryer WED5010LW1 making rattling noise and also taking a long time to dry. Upon further Inspection l tested the dryer and found that the lint chute was rattling slightly against the frame. I gained access to the lint chute and adjusted it and it is running quiet. I ran an airflow test and found there vent was restricted. I disconnected the hose and found the dryer has not obstruction. I advised the customer to clean the vents professionally due to a blockage or restriction.

Instructed cx that powder detergents will often leave a residue and its not recommended. Ran diagnostics on the washer and got code F0E2 code for over sudsing. Also removed. Also removed both water lines to inspect valve screens and both are clean. Dispensed hot water into bucket and it is very hot and gets hot fast. Ran diagnostic test and unit passed normally. Instructed cx that too much soap is being used and soap is not HE approved. Cx understood and will try HE detergent and less soap.

Ran diagnostics to check ice maker errors and get E2 motor has lost position. Need to replace ice maker. During disassembly, found fill tube heater not attached securely and fill tube is partially frozen. The adhesive on fill tube is no longer sticking to housing. I replaced heater W11087201 and icemaker W11658802. Ran a harvest and fill test and is operating as designed. There are no leaks present. Job complete

Arrived on site to unit 11105A for washing machine not draining. Upon arrival unit had water in tub and when plugged in the unit attempts to drain it out but no water is moved. Leaned unit back to inspect drain pump. Removed it and found it defective. Replaced W11790873 drain pump and tested unit. Unit drain out all water normally. Unit is now working as designed. No water leaks at this time.

Arrived on site to complete repairs on washer MVWC565FW2. Removed and replaced the following parts: Basket W10752719, Gearcase W11454734, WPW10427633, Hub W10528947, Actuator W10913593, Splutch W10721967, Belt W11239857. Calibrated and ran unit. Found unit working properly with no leaks. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not washing. Ran dishwasher and it filled with water but would not wash. Verified failed wash motor. Removed and replaced wash motor w1161570. Retested dishwasher and it filled and started to wash.

Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed daul valve, replaced W11753942 and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrived on site to inspect washer WET4027HW2 drain pump constantly on in apartment 404. Upon further inspection, I found power to the unit and attempted to place the unit in diagnostics but it failed to respond. While testing the dryer, the drain pump on the washer turned on and would not turn off. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics again and it continued to fail. I removed and replaced the main control and when i went to calibrate the unit, it shut down. I found the strike removed from the lid and was not able to lock. I inserted the strike into the latch and calibrated the unit and tested in diagnostics and it is operating as designed. I advised maintenance of the strike being removed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11629601

Arrived onwite foe temp concerns. WRS325SDHZ14. Tested temps. Found 33f under pot on center shelf and -3 in freezer. Adjusted for ideal temps. Advised on temps and good ways to measure temps accurately. No parts. No leaks. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for washer MVW5435 not completing cycle and lid locked. Inspected and found standing water in tub. Had to manually drain water out. Inspected underneath unit and found that unit had bottomed out and pulled the harness from the drain pump. The black wire was pulled from the dual connector. Was able to correct black wire then secured connection back to pump. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site for top rack giving resistance and noise when moving. Test and found it working but does have a louder noise, removed racks and test wheels in rack and they were normal. Moved track along inner wheels and found those to be making noise, 1 set of wheels was missing bracket, ordering new inner tub wheels for upper track, office will call to schedule. ; ordrng 4 WP8575897 (Wheels in)s

Arrived on site for microwave not heating. Tested microwave with a cup of water. Microwave heated but could not her cooling fan running. Fan vents to front of microwave. Turned on fan from control and han would not come on. Dropped microwave and checked blower to see if it was impeded and it spun freely. Ordering blower and control. ; ordrng 1 W11760376 (Main control) and 1 W11441128 (Blower)

Arrived onsite for unit moving when opening door. Customer stayed it was primarily the freezer. I found the reason why it was moving was due to the seal being tight and having to pull harder due to suction. Advised customer that it is a good thing, lowered the rollers more and it got better. Customer syayed they have some rubber door stoppers and I put them in front of the rollers. Unit no longer pulls out with doors. Call complete. No leaks.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts per previous technician. I installed the track, rear stop and front stop and wash tube. W11825823 W11579392 W11561204 W11545307. The unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to test unit WRS325SDHZ01 for water not dispensing and broken drawer. Upon arrival customer stated they replaced the filter but water will not flow. Also crisper drawer is cracked. Verified issues; inserted new filter into housing and engaged dispenser, valve energized but water failed to flow, indicating defective housing. Inspected crisper drawer and found it cracked, preventing proper removal. Replaced filter housing (W11162042) and crisper drawer (W11162443). Tested unit; water now dispensing properly with drawer functioning as designed. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on-site to test unit for not operating properly. Customer stated that the cycle would complete, but when opening the washer, the clothes would still be extremely wet. Entered diagnostics and found off-balance error codes stored; however, all components tested properly with no current failures present. Suspect an intermittent pressure-sensing issue within the control board causing the unit to drain and cancel or interrupt the cycle before completing the final spin. Replaced main control board, part #W11608056. Ran diagnostics and verified proper operation. Advised customer to monitor the unit and, if the issue reoccurs, cycle power to the washer to allow the control to fully reset. If the issue continues after resetting, customer will contact Whirlpool for further assistance. At this time, unit is running as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit RTW3005TW0 for lid not locking. Upon arrival customer presented issue, latch assembly has unclipped from top panel. Reattached latch assembly and tested; latch now secured with lid locking properly. Ran test cycle with all components engaging properly. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete.

Arrived on site for no ice. Removed front cover found broken wire on grid cutter,ran diagnostic water fill failed due to defective recirculating pump. Replaced recirculating pump, grid cutter and bin thermistor ran diagnostic all test paseed. W11542867,wpw10511923,w10919199

Arrived on site to unit 18210 for washing machine stuck on drain. Upon Arival plugged in unit and it drains right away constantly. Removed display and back panel to inspect pressure hose for damage. Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced UI (W11763849), ice maker (W11646196), and applied grease (WP542638) to ice maker housing-to-motor gap. Arrived on site to install ordered parts on a dishwasher WDT710PAYM3. Installed the new vent wpw10428211 and control w10479763. Ran a full factory cycle without any issues or leaks. Unit is missing one screw on the top right side. No other issues found.

Arrived on site unit 2437 to look at model WMH31017HS12 for customer complaint of unit not heating. Found issue with capacitor and diode. I replaced capacitor and diode, unit tested good. Parts used w11256462 and wpw10574736

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher KDTE204KPS3 door not closing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they close the door it pops back open and has happened approximately two or three times recently. I tested the door operations and found the door handle loose and the door rubbing on the right side when closing. I gained access to the leveling feet and found the right side leveling foot not properly adjusted. I adjusted the foot and leveled the unit and tested the door operations again and its closing properly. I inspected the door latch and strike and found the plastic strike was broken/cracked on the right side (photo) and is keeping the door from closing properly. I removed and replaced the steike and retested the door closure and its closing properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed. W11545309

Arrived on site to install ordered parts on a dishwasher WDT751SAPZ1. Installed the sprayarm w11627525, heater w11537778 and motor w11460945. Ran a factory cycle without any issues or leaks detected.

Arrived on site to ice maker not making ice. Power button was flashing. Which is a bin thermistor fault. Verified open thermistor. Removed and replaced bin thermistor. Also water valve was leaking at restrictor. Removed and replaced water valve. Retested ice machine and reservoir filled and it was cycling water.

Arrived on site to test unit JFFCF72DKM00 for water not dispensing. Upon arrival found ice bin full but dispenser side of valve not energizing. Inspected valve and found connector broken. Replaced valve (W11524655) and tested unit; valve now properly energizing and dispensing water. Builder not on site for signature. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect dryer WET4027HW2 not drying clothes. Upon further inspection, I tested the dryer and found the heater circuit operating as designed. I checked the airflow and found there to be poor airflow through the venting. The dryer is operating as designed however the vent will need to be checked or cleaned. No water leaks observed during service.
