"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that did not complete a cycle. Customer clarified they ran a cycle, got to roughly the spin segment and they heard a noise / unit drained and stopped. I checked for error codes and found only an overload code. I checked the bottom end of the unit and found where it looks like something had gotten stuck / wedged between the cage and cam pulley and rubbed into the fins of the pulley. I also saw some black marks from the belt, also indicating overload. I ran the unit through diagnostics and had no issues. Ran a regular cycle and also found no issues present. Whatever may have been stuck on the bottom end freed itself up and is no longer an issue. Customer advised to reduce load sizes to prevent overload stoppages. Unit working as designed. On arrival examined the unit and found there is a noticable bow on the left side of the door, and as a result the left top corner sticks out further than the right. To properly repair unit will need a new outer door. I tested the oven and did not find heat escaping from the door, so it is usable and damage is cosmetic only. Dispatch came in over 30 days from delivery, which renders the repair out of warranty / cosmetic. Customer was advised the only way we can repair within warranty is if they are able to get an OOW approval from KitchenAid to replace the door. I found the drain pump would stop, but moving the unit around would get it moving again. I shook the harness and it kept running. Based on the fact movement restored function I replaced both the wiring harness and control. There is either a break / bad connection in the harness, or an issue with the pressure sensor on the control. Tested with control And harness replaced and had no further issues draining. "WED5605MW0 Arrived to inspect operational issue. The dryer would start and run the motor noisily for only a few seconds, and then shut off. The issue was reminiscent of a dryer motor receiving 240VAC. Testing voltage supply lines revealed all were correct. I found when inspecting the motor that it had internally shorted within the stator, causing too much current draw and subsequent over-heating of the safety thermal device. I removed and replaced the motor and tested. All functions resumed and the machine heated and cycled as designed."

Arrived on site to test unit for excessive heat escaping and unit only at 170? at times. Found heat customer was concerned with is normal part of ventilation. Factory reset control and replaced oven sensor(W11598120) as a precautionary. Heated unit to 350? and allowed to run for 20mins with no issues. Advised customer to monitor and be a little aware she isnt hitting keep warm instead of bake. Job complete.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with is older door liner liner causing torn out gasket. Gasket replacement not viable. Ordering door to repair. No parts used; ordrng 1 LW11258450 (Right door)

Arrived onsite for dishwasher making screeching noise. Upon arrival maintenance stated that they haven't heard it since they called it in. I found a float switch open error indicating that the customer had something causing the float switch to be up. I found a lot of suds present in the unit when running diagnostics. I found the unit not to be making the noise described and the explanation they gave me indicates that something got hung up in the drain pump and finally got pushed out. I found nothing inside the drain pump. Unit operates as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. I made customer aware of suds. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for dryer not turning on. I confirmed dryer had no power. I checked the breaker and found it to be tripped. I turned the breaker on and ran the unit for 35 minutes. Unit did not trip within the time and is working as designed. No issues are present with the dryer and stated to the customer if it continues to trip the breaker to have the breaker checked out. Unit operates as designed at time of service and cycles correctly. Call complete. No parts installed.

The pump lines are showing open line indicating there is a break in the harness. I replaced the harness and tested the unit. Unit now operates as designed and drains. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not washing dishes. Customer stated she meant to call in and change description. She stated the issue is the dishes are not drying. I ran a service test and found the heating element working as designed. I noticed customer wasn't using rinse aid. I explained to the customer that rinse aid will need to be used to help with drying the dishes especially with the plastic tub units. Customer understood and will start using rinse aid to help dry her dishes better. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.
