"Arrived on site to diagnose range that was not heating properly, running too cold. Tested unit with multimeter and thermocouple and measured preheat and bale cycles. Foind preheat hits about 402, and cycles between 325-375 during normal bake cycles. Depending how/when inspector measured temp they did not fully measure the bake cycle which is designed to go up and down per the manufacturer. Unit working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is turning itself on and off. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that for three days, the unit was just making a clicking sound on the back side of the refrigerator near the control, and that the power inside and outside of the refrigerator was turning on and off every five seconds. He advised that after three days, the unit started to work again, and has been running ever cents. I went ahead and replace the high voltage control due to the unit working properly at this point to eliminate any kind of control related issue, but did explain to the customer that there was no other way for me to determine exactly what happened. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does heat, but that it doesnt seem to heat as hot as her previous dryer. She advised that the cycles to finish but unless if shes running the unit on a high heat cycle, the unit sometimes does not fully dry her clothes on every load. I checked the dryer and didnt find the dryer, tumbling and heating. I took a temperature reading at the back exhaust of the dryer and found the temperature fluctuating between, 105 and 160?F. I did explain to the customer that the unit is working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer to get away from her Springsteel vent, which may be causing certain issues with dry performance. The unit is working and operating as design. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice but it makes it and there is an issue with the water line so it needs to p be pulled out and reinstalled. I found the cabinet damaged as far as the facia trim has been pulled away from the cabinet and the leveling feet were never put down so its leaning away from the cabinet at the top. I found the ice bucket not lined up with the coupler causing it not to dispense ice. I took photos of the cabinet damage. I corrected the ice bucket and the unit is dispensing ice properly now. I cleaned tree branch pieces off the top of the refrigerator. I fixed the clip on the front panel. I explained to the customer that I could get the refrigerator close to being installed correctly but I could not get it perfect because of the facia trim pulling away from the cabinet especially on the left side. The customer asked me to proceed. I leveled the refrigerator for the customer but there was still a small gap on the left side at the top because of the cabinet facia trim. The customer was pleased and happy with what I could do. Call complete.

"WZF34X20DW05 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I evacuated the system and then removed and replaced the compressor, service port and dye drier. Vacuuming to below and holding under 350 microns, I charged to the MFG calculated refrigerant charge and tested. The unit operated as designed. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling. On arrival customer advised me that only the refrigerator upper compartment seemed to have lost cooling for a period of time. Freezer felt fine, and pantry area also felt fine. Checked temps on arrival and found freezer at -9, RC at 33. Checked average temps via diagnostics and found FC averaging 4, RC averaging 33. Customer said they shut power off for a bit after the original incident and restarted. Unit resumed normal function afterwards. I called tech line since electronics were replaced within the last 6 months, SR7738699600. The customer advised the unit does heat and tumble but that its seemingly taking multiple cycles to get clothes completely dry. I checked behind the dryer and found the vent hose crunched. I tested the unit and confirmed the dryer was tumbling and heating as designed. I did find an airflow issue within the dryer. I checked outside for any clogs or debris and could not find any. I did advise the customer that the issue was most likely with their vent hose, and that because the unit is tumbling and heating properly and cycling often on, the only issue left would be an airflow issue. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator tripping the circuit breaker. On arrival the customer stated it tripped the breaker three times in a row when he tried resetting it. He stated he emptied the refrigerator out and left it off for a couple of days and then turned it back on and it hasnt tripped since. I found the refrigerator working as designed when I arrived. The sealed system components were all working. I ran a force defrost and it completed the cycle and worked as designed. After the bimetal opened I turned the refrigerator back on and the ice maker went thru a harvest with no issues. I found no issues with the paddles or the dampener. At this time I cannot recreate the circuit breaker tripping. I changed the defrost setting to 8 hour since the customer stated that just before this started the icemaker had stopped working properly. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for trash compactor door moving to one side when it closes. On inspection the door would lean to the right when it closed all the way and hit the cabinet. With this issue you could not slide the unit all in because the door would catch the cabinet and not close. I installed a longer screw into the foot paddle that opens the door. The screw keeps the door from moving to the right as it close. The unit is operating as designed from the factory.

Arrived on site to test unit for console not responding. Found normal wash and though and other buttons not responding. Replaced console test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the panel failed to respond. I removed the toeplate and found the unit power cord connected properly. When I went to test the outlet under the sink, I found a switch box under the sink with two (2) switches and both were off. Knowing the front switch was for the disposal, I turned the back switch on and the unit powered up (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that was not keeping time consistently. Spoke with customer and found unit was not connected to the wifi and app, which will properly regulate the time. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a torn gasket on the refrigerator. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complain and found that the right hand door had a torn gasket on both top and bottom. I replaced the gasket and use to heat gun to mold the gasket to the cabinet. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete.

"On arrival verified complaint of leaking gearcase. Replaced Gearcase,slider, clutch, stator, and rotor. Calibrated and ran unit. Noise is gone. Job complete no leaks detected during service. All opertional tests are good."

"Arrived on site to test unit for RC freezing. Found RC temp was 9 degrees on arrival. Service tests(01,03,05)showed RC temp was 9 degrees and evap was -9. Attempted to run a forced defrost with no success. Found no signs of harness damage and not reading open from evap to rear control compartment. Tested resistance on molex connections P8 and P5. Replaced control and UI using kit. Cycled power to unit and when powered on unit put itself into a defrost cycle naturally. Changed defrost type to basic mode in diagnostic step 126. Engaged vertical mullion to always on. Advised customer to monitor. No leaks detected. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose report of gas leak coming from cooktop. I tested the unit for leaks with bubble solution. Customer said they had spilled some fluid in the cooktop and noticed the leak right after. Gas company came out with a sniffer and said the unit was leaking from the center burner and disabled the gas. I turned on the gas and hit all burners, joints, and orifices and found no leaks. Customer also had a gas sniffing pen that was going off every time it was near an orifice, even with the gas turned off. We saw no bubbles anywhere in the unit and the gas smell. Could not duplicate any gas smell and took video of joints. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that was making louder buzzing sound. On arrival customer said the unit was louder than it was before when running, but unit IS cooking food properly. I tested the unit and heard some noise from the mag area. On closer inspection I noticed a slight bow in the wrapper on the right side, which was vibrating against the cabinet causing it to resonate. I advised that when you push the wrapper off the cabinet or insulate it, noise is gone and unit operates properly. Advised to put a shim between the MW and cabinet to resolve noise. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer taking too many cycles to dry. Upon further inspection, I found the dryer vent tube at the back of the unit wide open. I opened the door and closed the door switch and tested the unit and found the element not coming on. I pulled the unit out and test3d the components at the back of the unit and found the hi-limit thermostat open. Found the element and cutoff and fuse good. Removed and replaced the hi-limit thermostat and retested and found the unit I heating properly. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit and found the first 2 tests failed even after shortening the vent tube at the back of the unit allowing the unit to vent straight into the vent at the wall (photo). I checked the vent upside and found it clogged with lint (photo). I recommended the customer have their cleaned professionally. At this time, unit is operating as designed. No lint observed within the unit during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed ui, valve, and control. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and installed parts. Tested 7nit in diagnostics and normal wash cycle and found no leaks or abnormal noises. Unit works as designed. Call complete"

"Arrived on site to test unit for no cooling. Tested unit found defrost sensor reading open. Evaporator was encased in frost. Thawed unit and replaced sensor. Sensor is reading good. Advised customer to leave unit off for 24 hours so evaporator coils thaw and dry completely. If issue returns advise replacing heater assembly and control. At this time unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for door not closing. Test unit and found plate obstructing manifold making top rack not go back in all the way preventing the door from closing. Removed plate push top rack all the way in and door closing correctly job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit operating in a cycle and immediately I heard a loud popping noise. I continued to monitor the unit and it intermittently made the noise which sounded like it was coming from inside the unit. I removed the rear panel and removed the lint chute and found no abnormalities. Re-installed the chute and raised the top panel and turned the unit on. I could hear the popping noise coming from the back left corner area. I removed the front panel and turned the drum by name and found the tension pulley moving side to side and the pulley arm hooks that attach to the bottom panel, were making the popping noise. I believe that the old drum being warped caused the rollers to wear and the belt to move back and forth on the tension pulley and causing the pulley arm to move back and forth causing the popping noise. I did find rubber, from the rollers, on the bottom panel below them. I advised the customer of my findings and removed and replaced the dryer repair kit (2-rollers, tension pulley, belt) and reassembled the unit. Retested and allowed the unit to operate for approximately 10 mins according to the timer (70 mins to 60 mins) and the unit operated as designed and was operating much quieter. I found rubbing marks on the tension pulley arm as well (photos). Recommended the customer monitor the unit and report any further issues. No lint observed during service, job completed."

On arrival verified complaint of noise during spin. Customer showed video of noise. Replicated noise by smacking unit with water line. Adjusted water line and drain hose and ran test cycle with wet towels. Unit spins correctly with no excess vibration. Noise was hoses hitting cabinet when in use. Job complete no leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect moisture build up in refrigerator. Upon further , I found condensation built up on the FC door gasket at the top and moisture built up on the handle of the upper FC drawer (photos). I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees and RC=41 degrees on manufacturing recommended settings and unit was in defrost mode. I find the horizontal mullion cold to the touch. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the mullion heater in tests 40 & 41 and when I toggled the heater on/off, I could feel the mullion getting warm. I contacted in house tech support (SW) and advised of my findings and she provided a video from Service Matters, Moisture on FC Door Gasket which recommended ordering insulation and placing it under the the top portion of the FC door gasket and raising the door approximately 1/8 inch. While I was testing the FC door closure, I found it not closing properly on the left side and leaving a 1/4 inch gap. Due to the previous issue of the door not closing and finding ice/frost built up in the FC section, I am ordering the slides and the insulation from the video. Returning tech to contact in-house tech support (SW) for instructions and will replace the slides (2) and install the insulation and raise the FC door 1/8 inch. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 2 W11658402 (FC slide)s and 4 W11159728 (Gasket)s"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer spun the basket and identified the noise which sounded like a grinding noise from where I was standing. When I tested the basket by turning it by hand, I found the noise maker was a dime, nickel and penny that were in between the basket and washplate. I removed the coins and turned the basket and again and the noise was gone. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and softener use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed valve. Replaced the valve. All checks good. Advised customer on repair.
