WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW4816FW2 "arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and the unit showed error codes F7E5 and F5E1. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. Found that the lid switch was not locking, but the unit continued testing and it operated as designed. I removed the console and removed the J6 connector and using my multimeter I tested the J6-2 to J6-3 for continuity and read it open. I am ordering a lid switch assembly and will return with all prescreened parts. I schedule return service for 11/13/18. No water leaks observed during service. I left a brochure on the countertop for the tenant and wrote do not use the unit until repaired.; ordrng 1 W10838613 (lid lock assembly)"

Fc temperature was 12 and rc was 42. The compressor was quite hot and all tubing was hot on the high side, but cooling was noted on the return from the condenser. The compressor drew .9 and should have been pulling 1.2-1.5 with internal and high side temperatures as they were. I suspect a failing compressor. Office to authorize and order compressor, dye drier and service port. Please allow 2 hours for sealed system service. The rc and fc cabinet openings will require gap sealing upon return. DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED8500DC1 "arrived on site to inspect dryer UI flashing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes. The unit showed F4E3, F6E3, F4E4. I checked the breaker and turned it off and turned it back on. The customer advised that they recently had the vents cleaned. I remove the console and verified voltage at the terminal block and then checked voltage by placing my black probe in the P8-3 connector and my red probe in the P9-2 connector and got 120 VAC. Then I placed my black probe in the P2-3 connector and my red probe in the P2-1 and got .2VDC. I then placed my black probe in the P5-3 and my red probe in the P5-8 and got less than 12VDC. I removed and replaced the main control and tested the unit and it operated as designed. I advised the customer off my findings. No lint observed during service, job completed."

OVEN WHIRLPOOL WOD51EC0AS0 "arrived on site to inspect wall oven showing error code F1E1. Upon further inspection, I found the unit had been turned on and was hot and the display was showing F1E1. I placed the unit in diagnostics to check for any other error codes and then cleared the error code to test. As soon as I took the unit out of diagnostics, the unit beeped and showed error code F1E1 again. I turned the power off at the breaker and when I attempted to pull the unit from the wall, I was unable to pull it all the way out due to poor installation. I found that the shelf at the bottom of the unit where the unit site was not secured and had fallen down in the front. I was able to remove and replace the main control and in an attempt to put the unit back in the wall, I was unable to do so due to the shelf. I attempted to adjust the shelf but was unable to do so.
