This small of a load will not register on moisture sensor causing the unit to shut off thinking the items are dry. Fiund lint build up in unit from poor ventilation in back of unit. Removed excess lint and debris. Instruct customer on having ducts cleaned and potential fire hazard.

arrived on site to inspect ice machine not working. Upon further inspection, I disconnected the water sensor and turned the unit on. The unit began to operate and dispense water. I noticed that the wiring harness was badly oxidized and the connection to the pump was oxidized also. I also noticed that the large water hose going into the reservoir was cracked. Office to order water pump assembly, hose, water level sensor, and wiring harness. Scheduled return service for 05/09/18 JA. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect ice maker not working. Customer advised that a few days before today's service, there was a power failure and when they checked the refrigerator the ice maker was working again. I inspected the unit and placed unit in diagnostics. The unit is working as designed and is making ice. I found an abundance of moisture in the rc, on the front of the ice maker and on the opening of the ice bin. Also found large gapping between the rc cabinet and chassis. I used manufacturer approved clear silicone to seal the gapping. Also found that the drain tube in the back of the unit had approximately 1/8 inch gapping between it and the chassis which could be a potential frost buildup inside the rc. I used manufacturer approved white silicone to seal the gap. No water leaks observed during service.

Upon further inspection, i found that the manifold was not attaching correctly to the feed tube causing a large amount of water to shoot out of it which was causing the leak. I found that the right rack arm was hanging in the back. I removed the upper rack and adjusted the rack arm and reinstalled the upper rack. The manifold attached to the feed tube as designed. I tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Set calibration settings to compensate for temperature offset. Tested unit and found all is not working properly. No gas leaks were found at time of service. Also advised homeowner on operation of dial type thermometers and extended time needed for thermometer preheat to ensure accurate readings.

Whirlpool dishwasher WDF520PADM7 Arrived to check unit for a water leak. Started a automatic diagnostics cycle and found water dripping in the front left middle of door. Removed outer door panel and found water leak coming from the vent assembly. Removed vent assembly and found gasket folded over and not seated into channel. Installed vent gasket into channel and reassembled vent assembly. Checked for any leaks and none were found.
