Upon further inspection, the customer advised that he just bought the unit and the oven door outer glass gets extremely hot to the touch. The customer had the unit on Bake at 400 degrees when I arrived and I could feel the heat coming off of it. I contacted Techline and spoke to Butch to find out if there is an insulation kit or some resolution to repair this issue. Butch advised that other than the insulation kit that goes behind the handle in between the inner and outer glasses, there is none. File 7723213537. I suggested the kit, but the customer advised that he would have the unit returned and purchase an upgraded unit with insulated door. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit fc section got warm and everything inside the fc section was soggy. Using my thermalcouple, I placed my lead at the bottom towards the back of the fc section and tested temperature. My temp reading was 5 degrees. I tested the rc section by placing my lead under the crisper towards the back of the rc section and my readings were 38 degrees. I inspected both evaporators and found a small amount of frost built up on the fc Evap cover but the fc evaporator had a nice frost pattern on it. I removed the frost/ice build up then checked the fc door gasket for any gaps and found none; same with the rc doors. I pulled the unit from its place and removed the back cover. I found that the drain tube located in the back had a gap approximately 1/8 of an inch wide. Using manufacturers approved silicone, I sealed the gap. I moved the unit back t

WASHER ROPER RTW4516FW2 "arrived on site to inspect washer making loud banging noise. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit showed error codes F2E3 and F8E1. Before continuing, I removed the console to inspect the control and found a connector not fully seated (F2E3). I pushed the connector in until it was fully seated. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end. I opened the top of the unit to inspect the tub ring and tub and I found that the tub ring is rubbing against the chassis and tearing up the tub ring. Also found where 4 of the 8 tub ring clips were broken. It appeared that the tub/basket assembly was sitting too high i the front causing the rubbing. I placed the unit in manual mode and removed the basket and tested the unit on high spin to inspect the gearcase spindle. The spindle was straight and not bent. I put the unit back together and am ordering a suspension kit
