arrived on site to inspect washer showing error codes. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit had water in the bottom of the tub as if the drain pump did not come on. I attempted to placed the unit in diagnostics, but the when I plugged the unit in, the drain pump attempted to come on but sounded as if something was logged in it. Using my wet vac, I removed all of the water from the unit and inspected the drain pump and found approximately five screws/nails inside the the outer tub and inside the drain pump. I removed and replaced the drain pump and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed with no error codes. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

And will reschedule for 8/21/18, also instructed customer for dispenser when calling for cubed ice only getting crushed to dump ice bucket 1-2 times per week to start new i e and should see this issue go away to were when calling for cubed only gets cubed ice and when calling for crushed ice only gets crushed ice, no water leaks at time of call.

arrived on site to install a dishwasher. Upon arrival, I found that the unit had already been installed into the cabinet area. Upon further inspection, I found that the drain hose needed to be attached to the disposal and the water hose needed to be attached to the water outlet. I was able to attach the drain hose, but the water hose is approximately one foot too short. The builder was on site and I advised him of the situation and that the hose needed to be ordered and the office will schedule a return service call once the part arrives. I am ordering an 8ft water hose and the office is to schedule the return service. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect washer leaving bad odor on clothing. Upon arrival, the customer advised that when they do laundry, sometimes the clothes come out with a bad smell. The customer provided some clothing that had been recently washed and I could smell a bad odor on them. It smelled as if the towel articles had been left in the washer for a period of time after the wash was completed and not placed into the dryer immediately after washing. I advised the customer to make sure that when the wash is done, to removed the articles from the washer and place them in dryer and not allow the articles to sit in the washer for a period of time. Leaving them in the washer will allow the clothing to mildew and get this bad odor. Also, I advised the customer to clean their washer at least every 30 loads or so and to wash all hot water washes at the end of their washing day. Recommended that the customer purchase some washer cleaning liquid to help in getting the smell out of the unit too. No w

Found that door hinges are not closing upper and lower door all the way. Found unit will need new door hinges,control, and cooling fan to complete repair. OF to R/S once AUTHO is obtained from AHS.

Arrived on site to inspect unit for leaking water internally. Tested unit and found bin almost full. Customer showed me the water leaking onto her ice. We visited and inspected unit and found that her it cutter grid was cutting ice and creating water dripping in the unit. All water connections were dry.

Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found it is heating properly but there is no airflow. Removed that hose and found it is blocked by lint. After clearing airflow has returned, recommended to customer that a periscope vent be considered to prevent vent hose from collapsing behind the dryer. No lint found in dryer at time of service, job complete.

arrived on site to inspect oven temps being off 75 degrees. Using my thermal couple and placing it in the center of the center rack, I began testing on Bake at 350 degrees. In approximately nine mins, the unit beeped as it registered 350 degrees and my thermal couple registered 336 degrees. I took five more readings to get my overall unit average heat. My reasons were....359, 316, 368, 329, and 362 for an average temperature of 346 degrees. Going off my readings, this unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks observed during service. Job completed. Customer was not available to sign receipt.

LSR8233EQ0 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite to install new motor,gearcase,and clutch to top load washer from my prior visit’s diagnosis. Removed faulty motor,gearcase and clutch and installed new replacements. Reassembled. Tested unit. Unit now fills,agitates,drain and spins with no issues. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Arrived on site to replace failed spark module. Replace failed spark modules and tested. Left front burner will not ignite. When I go from the back of the unit and pull that igniter wire towards me the burner will ignite. If I release it the burner will not ignite. There is a problem with the igniter and it’s wire. Will order. Will need to make in two hours. Office to reschedule. Note for parts researcher: I need the spark igniter, or electrode, for the left front burner. IPL only shows part16 which is the center rear electrode.
