Arrived on site to inspect damaged legs on dryer. Upon further inspection, I found that the units feet were not properly installed and when the unit was leaned forward and backward to install the legs and when it was put into place the legs bent causing the cabinet to housing to bend. The legs were were broken inside the unit. Also, I found that the as line was not properly connected when removing to install cabinet feet. I removed and replaced the cabinet and adjusted the feet to the proper height and centered the unit. I reconnected the gas line and tested with liquid detector and found no leaks. Tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. The unit will need a vent hose clamp at the back of the unit and customer

arrived on site to inspect condensation and ice buildup in fc section of unit. Upon further inspection, I found that the rc door was open approximately 1/4 inch and was allowing warm air into the fc chamber. I removed the door and shelves to find ice buildup on the lower portion of the Evap cover blocking the fc door from closing/securing. There was condensation on the top, sides, and bottom of fc chamber along with some ice buildup on the bottom. I used my steamer to defrost the ice buildup and checked the Evap cover and fan and both were good. I tested both ice makers in diagnostics through code 120 and 121. Both units operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Watched agitation with clothing washplate is moving clothing from top to bottom as designed. No error codes. Unit is filling at correct timing and depth. All water connections dry. Customer is unsatisfied with operations of machine. Customer started using excessive language, hitting walls with her fist, customer opened door, tech turned machine off and left home.

Customer will need to get a plumber to change fitting or tighten. Showed customer where dripping. Left unit pulled out with towel underneath so that unit is not dripping on floor. Fitting is dripping heavily when unit is in off position. Darker spots on left cabinet interior on house took pictures. All water connections on unit are dry. Sold cleaner collected 26.42 on card.

arrived on site to inspect gas leak from front left burner on cooktop. Upon further inspection, I tested all gas connections under the unit with liquid detector and found no leaks. Customer provided a copy of a receipt from the gas company which their notes stated there is a gas leak on the front left burner. I removed the cooktop and tested all connections to the burners and valves and found no leaks. The customer was not home but his adult son was and I verified the test with him by showing him there were no leaks using the liquid detector. I spoke to the customer on the phone and he said his wife was having a difficult time getting the left burner to come on. I removed and replaced the left front burner valve and tested and it tested good. It appears that when the customer uses the unit, they are not turning the knob to ignite soon enough allowing gas to escape the burner before igniting causing what appears to be a gas leak. I did find that the lower spray arm is sagging causing it to get caught on their heating element. The customer advised that she is filling the detergent dispenser completely full. I advised that the she should only fill approximately half way. Also advised the customer to leave the door cracked open after cycle is complete to allow airflow inside the unit to help with drying due to the unit having a plastic tube and does not dry well. I found the dryer leaning forward not allowing the clothing to come in contact with the sensors at the rear of the drum correctly. I found the RF leveling leg not touching the floor. I adjusted the level of the dryer to correct this. I found the drum temperature averaging 154 degrees and the unit working as designed. Call complete.

Amana washer NTW4516FW1. Arrived on site to diagnose a washing machine that is not filling with water. Tested unit and found calcium in valve has caused a clog in the waterline preventing unit from getting water. Cleared all debris’s from valve but due to water main break at apartments there’s no water to the unit at this time for testing purposes. Advised customer that waterlines will need to be flushed prior to attaching hoses to the valve on the unit. Was not able to test for leaks today but washer should operate properly once water is restored.

WED9550WW1 whirlpool dryer Arrived on site to test unit for noise during operation and long dry cycles. Found dyrer duct in rear of unit restircted causing poor airflow. Instruct on having duct replaced or repaired. Squeaking noise cuaed by idler pullet seizing up. Replaced idler pulley, rollers and belt. Unit working properly. Instruct on proper venting and fire hazard.

Arrived on site for no cool in freezer. Found upon arrival freezer is at 2 degrees, found frost build up on interior, left side of freezer door seal is sagging. Will need to replace door seal. Customer states that freezer was not cooling major noise in freezer and that all food thawed out as well. Will need to replace thermostat included in freezer evaporator motor on freezer. No ice build up in fridge, will bring on return visit no ice build up on evaporators. All water connections dry. Callie assisted with part and reschedule date.

/16/18 9:22: SM there 3/16 FRI, 8:15 to 9:17, Arrived on site for unit just stopping . Unit was on warm cycle and found hot water supply valve shut off. Ran diagnostics test no error codes ran both auto and Manuel test cycles all checked normal . No water leaks detected with unit at time of service . Did point out with daughter over phone to have plumber check cold shut off valve cause there is a small drip .
