"WRT318FMDM05 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit cooling very little. After other tests, exposure of the evaporator yielded a detectable area of dye at the,eft side of the evaporator and appeared to be a very small pinhole in the area the tubing was bent during manufacturing. I was not sent with the lokring tool necessary to perform the repair and it will need to be added for return service. Office to set sealed system service for two hours. Returning tech will need to replace compressor and dye drier as well, due to low side leak and acidification prevention is required. All heat loop tubing is AL on this unit. "KSSS48QMX01 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I was able to correct the damaged supply to the ice maker and instal the ice stripper. Installation of the filter to valve line failed due to finding the filter housing outlet would not stop leaking. I attempted the MFG updated part and it was too long and bound, increasing the likelihood of future failure. Standard 1/4 line did not seal either and the filter housing will require replacement. I left a length of tubing for the returning tech, but they will need to trim the tubing to the correct size and dress the ends prior to connection. Contact tech GC if thee are any questions. Due to the freezer door gasket being badly torn and not sealing properly, I removed the door and disassembled the FC section and cleared the frost/ice form the freezer section and removed and replaced the door gasket. Using my heat gun, I shaped the gasket and reassembled the FC section. Inspected the FC door gasket and it is sealed on all four sides. I recommended the customer leave the FC door closed for a few hours to allow the gasket to mold to the chassis. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect error code on range. Upon initial discussion, prior to entry into the residence, the customer advised me the unit was no longer even turning on.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning and sprays arms not working. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that their dishes arent getting cleaned and they have had dishes get broken. Tenant said the dishes that are getting damaged were placed on the bottom rack. I advised the tenant that due to the new design, both spray arms are operating at the same time and the lower spray arm is putting out more pressure which can cause the more fragile dishes to get broken and I recommended they place the fragile (glass) dishes on the top rack. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. While testing, I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw to the components. I found all components are within amp reading range. Also tested the temp of the water at the kitchen faucet and got 122 degrees and maintenance verified. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. Also, I changed the rinse aid dispenser dial to number 2 due to tenant complaint that theyve had a white film on their dishes. Tenant continued to be unhappy with the product, at which time, I directed her to maintenance and management to discuss possible resolutions. I contacted techline and spoke to Scott and advised of the complaint and my findings. Scott advised to not replace any parts mid the unit is operating as designed and provided SR#7736078716. I found the outer door panel/glass is warped and removed and replaced it. After replacing, I found the new door panel rubbed on the trim. After further inspection, I found the base board supporting the unit is beginning to badly warp and the unit is resting on the lower drawer front board (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and that the issue is an installation issue and possibly a cabinet issue. "Arrived on site for washer, making a grinding noise during spam. Upon arrival confirm noise complaint, and found after further testing that the inner gears of the gearcase were starting to fail and leaking oil all over. I then found that the washplate was rusted on to the gearcase and had to be broken in order to be removed safely. After getting authorization for gearcase and washplate replacement, i then replaced both parts, then reassembled and tested unit and found no leaks and unit now fully functioning as designed with no odd noises. Call complete."

"WTW4816FW3 Arrived to inspect washer leaking. I could see evidence of water in the concrete garage floor around the washer. The customer advised they did see I noted the drain line was not fully inserted into the drain and corrected it for testing, advising the customer that I would add a safety strap prior to completing the call. I entered service test mode and found no stored error codes and filled the unit to its maximum allowed level in manual test mode, even causing the shield to make contact with the floor. I found no leaks with the static test and agitated at high speed, again with no leaks observed. I re-calibrated and ran an automatic test mode and all worked as designed. My suspicion is the partially inserted drain line, over the top of the cold water supply line, was the source of the water due to falling out of the drain standpipe, or nearly, and then dropping back in after drain operations. I added a drain safety strap. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working and the freezer getting warm. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=38 degrees. Removed the FC evap cover and found a ball of ice on the cap tube area (photo) and no frost pattern. Tested the ice maker and it harvested but failed to call for water. Also found ice built up behind the motor cover. Inspected the compressor and found it very hot to touch. parts-compressor, access valve, UV dye drier, pan heater, evaporator, ice maker.

Cleared the code and continued with testing. Once the unit filled, I found a large amount of suds in the drum (photo). Also found the water valves at the wall are leaking (photo). Customer advised that they used a detergent pod and a small amount of detergent in the dispenser when the unit stopped operating properly. I advised that it was too much detergent and the unit went into flood mode (F3E1) and explained to the customer how the unit operates. At the end of testing, the unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use & care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for washer not draining.on inspection could not get the unit to drain the water in the tub. Drain the water out and gain access to the bottom of the unit. I removed the pump and the blade was sized up. Installed new pump and tested unit in diagnostics mode. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the ui an tested unit. The unit came up after the new ui was installed, I tested the dryer for 10 minutes and it was working as designed.

"Arrived on site replaced bin thermistor and grid cutter ran diagnostics all test passed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not starting. Tested unit and found no motion from the motor, but the unit also was getting very hot with no motor running. Found the heating element coil was sagged onto the housing, causing it to ground and stay on. Provided estimate for new element and thermal fuse to resolve. Replaced element and thermal fuse and tested. Verified all working as designed. Repair completed.
